Excellent visit to the Salt Cathedral, the salt mine, and the small town nearby - We had a great tour leader who perfectly managed our mixed English and Spanish speaking group. The audio guides in the cathedral were good and helpful. Bring headphones to free up your hands. Beautiful place. Cute town and we all opted in for lunch which was fantastic

Cathedral underground - Very large and with many corridors and wings to travel. With the self-guide it is very enjoyable and passes the time fast. Very curious. The worst thing is to get from Bogota there. Public transport takes a long time and another method is expensive

Salt Cathedral Zipaquira - I had a nice experience in this tour package. Our guide (Esteban) is kind, approachable and accommodating. My experience of many tours that i had before, this is one of the best one. It makes a difference if the guide of the tour is enjoyable and enthusiastic. It’s my first time to booked a tour in tripadvisor and it wil not be the last..

You get what it says... - You get what it says you'll get, but the Cathedral is underwhelming (and incredibly touristy. It was made just for that), the walk in town is basically just a rushed look at the two squares and the restaurant for lunch is not great.

Just a ride, the guide didn’t speak proper English, with audio translating one could go by public transport and get it m - There were so many people that I’ve got lost and couldn’t reach the guide by phone. They didn’t give a contact of guide but the office, who didn’t pick up the phone and didnt reply for 3 hours. I felt not well there and was panicking and nobody could help.

Will never use Viator again. Wasted time and money for no-show. - No show, wasted entire morning. No response, no contact, dangerous to use when traveling to new country and they leave you stranded not spending the language.
