Unpunctual and messy - I do not recommend them, in the quote shows you pictures of clean and new buses and when they are going to pick you up they are quite worn and uncomfortable buses. We were a group from USA and Mexico billed us badly, they sent us a transport for fewer passengers and they are messy with the tours, they offered us breakfast and the driver got lost and the Guide thinks he fell asleep because he did not guide the driver and we no longer had breakfast. The first meal that day was at 2:00 pm at a place X, the dirty toilets and the dirty establishment were not. My family in Bogotá booked a transport for 20 people and halfway down the driver arguing that I already had another transport to do, delayed them to get to my wedding and after all this we are being required to pay for the driver’s delay 😬😬 Don't waste your money and your time, don't hurt your vacation. I must mention that I was later told to apologize and not to generate any additional charges in reparation for their timeliness.
