Fantastic experience. Great top chef with golden heart. - Dive into the world of Colombian cuisine with the best chef of bogota. Great experience to go to the market together. And super fun to learn more about Colombia while cooking. Best activity of the holiday and great recipes as a souvenir.

Great cooking experience - I really enjoyed the afternoon cooking class. Shopping at the market in La Preservancia was a real highlight, and Liz was a great, friendly host. Came away, knowing how to cook several delicious Colombian dishes.

Colombian cooking - We had a fun time making Colombian food with Liz. She walked us through all the processes and was very good. We also learnt about different foods from Colombia. I would definitely recommend this class

Yes Chef Liz - Liz was very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and most importantly passionate about food. She encouraged our participation, explained the process and taught us "how to" through out the preparation.
Our experience began in a bustling local market filled with fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. Liz explained how to select only the ripe ingredients to enhance the flavors of our dishes. We prepared our meal (ceviche, arapes, shrimp and rice) in her apartment's small, but very functional kitchen. Working as a team we finished each dish in proper succession so our meal was served fresh, warm, and delightfully tasteful.
All in all it was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

Cheerful journey into Colombian cuisine - We spent four beautiful hours.
First the market tour, where Liz is welcome and jokes with everyone.
We did the necessary shopping to prepare the dishes that we had chosen from the many proposed.
Liz explained the recipes to us and the three of us got to work.
So much good conversation while we were cooking, and then everyone at the table.
Very good dishes. All seasoned with Liz's smiles and sympathy.

Great and delicious experience - It was a fantastic cooking class! We went to the market and got to see all the different products they sell there. The food we prepared was delicious and so simple that we can definitely reproduce it. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming like cooking with friends. And we learned some very useful tricks. I would 100 percent recommend the class

Wonderful - We learned how to make empanadas and aborrajados from a pro! First we went to a small market to get our ingredients and then we were off to her kitchen to make typical Colombian food. Liz was so much fun, easy going and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed her cooking class, the food was delicious and the whole experience was so organic we highly recommend any or all of her cooking classes, you will be wonderfully satisfied and happy when you leave! Buon Appetito!

A super fun class - great food and great conversation - I never anticipated that I could have such a fun experience. Liz is a wonderful host, so much fun to chat with and enjoy interesting discussions. She is also a great cook and teacher. I loved my lesson.
