We’ll gather at a café in one of Bogotá’s most iconic areas. I’ll start with a brief introduction about our history as coffee producers and explain why Colombian coffee is renowned as one of the best in the world. We’ll engage in a fun activity where, through a coffee tasting, you’ll learn to distinguish good coffee by its fragrance, aroma, flavor, and body. You’ll then sample four different varieties of specialty coffee, each prepared using a different extraction method (espresso machine, Japanese siphon, Chemex or V60, AeroPress or French press). Additionally, you’ll enjoy a delicious slice of homemade cake and discover some tips and techniques to make perfect coffee at home.
At the end, I’ll send you a file with the memories.

I lived for 20 years on a coffee farm and 7 years ago I created and developed with my wife the concept of “Divino Cafe Especial”, starting as a distributor testing, developing and explaining our experience of the entire production. Chain: planting the coffee plant, harvesting, roasting, and preparing the best Colombian coffee.
