Hunting for the light - I realized soon into the adventure that we were NOT simply going to a standard location and hoping for a light show, rather this was a hunt for the northern lights with a curious, knowledgeable, well prepared and passionate guide. This changed everything in a good way. And yes, the lights were found and made the 3am return to our hotel ok. And thank you for the excellent preparation advice and guidance for those who captured images.

Beautiful Northern Lights with Guide Ivar - Ivar was a wonderful guide who knew many good places to admire the Northern Lights. You travel very comfortably in a Mercedes bus, get warm ponchos, Norwegian tea and cookies. It is decided in the group where to stay for how long and with Ivar's suggestions you have a very good chance to see the Aurora. When we come back to Bodø, we will gladly do this tour again.

Wonderful Arctic Circle Experience - Let's start with compliments to the great Ivar who organized 2 shivering days at the Arctic Circle guiding us on the icy roads in search of the Northern Lights. What a thrill when we spotted her. And the next day adrenaline rushing with the sleigh pulled by 12 beautiful huskies. Tusen takk Ivar

Above and beyond! - While we got a little unlucky and only saw a faded glimpse of the northern lights during our tour, our guide Ivar did all he could and left no stone unturned in trying giving us the best hope of seeing them by driving for hours chasing areas of promise on the map. And although we didn't see so much of the lights we were taken through some beautiful valleys of snow capped mountains, visited a small fishing village and stopped to have a little walk in the snow and drink some warm drinks that Ivar had kindly brought along and shared with us! Would definitely book again!

Unexpected and amazing experience - It was an amazing experience. For sure I'd recommended it. Unfortunately we cannot see northern lights, but they offer us an alternative plan, looking the starry sky in the forest and it was really unexpected and amazing. They also offer us to come another free-day in order to have best opportunities to see northern lights. Really thanks you for the experience. Sure, I'll come back early Bye

Northern Lights Tours Bodo Norway in early March - We had really good luck with our tour. Even though the northern lights one day prior were clearer, our guide really gave his best to find the best view and the strongest lights. We drove all around Bodo and to all his known spots for great views. There was tea and snacks while we waited when there was no sighting or when we drove to another destination. Our vehicle was a lovely transporter with glass ceiling, very comfortable. The group was small enough to build familiarity as we spent quite a time together and in the end it was cozy as everyone was tired and happy with the beautiful viewes. The tour guide made photographes of the lights and of us viewing the lights, he shared links to interesting websites and told us a little something he knew about the lights, even tough it was very little what disappointed us a little. His English was good and we communicated about whatsapp. Last week we had sightings of polar lights very far south and he informed us some days before to keep our eyes open and we really saw some faint lights here in middle Germany! Thanks to his mail we really we're outside and saw red and white lights.
