Excellent way to travel to the Full Moon Party! Its a very organised and safe way to get to Koh Phangan and home again - It was my first Full Moon Party and I couldn’t recommend it enough. What a brilliant night…I had the best time and can’t wait to go again!!

Only issue for me was on... - Only issue for me was on return leg of the speedboat at the pier on Koh Phagnan. There was no proper control of the large number of people at the jetty, so we had to force our way to have any chance of getting on the next boat. Seemed quite dangerous as someone might get crushed, or even pushed into the water! Solution: have proper queuing barriers set up, so customers can wait their turn safely. The staff seemed overwhelmed.

Does what it promises - Generally well organised and on schedule, with no overcrowding; just can be a lengthy wait for the land transfer at the end of the night.

Trip itself was okay but no organisation - My transport was 2 hours late to pick me up from my hotel and when I tried to call the company to ask where my driver was, they couldn’t give me an update. Once I eventually arrived at the pier, I had to wait approx 45 mins to get onto the boat. Nobody told me that you had to check-in before joining the queue to get your lanyard so when I got to the front of the queue I was told to go and check-in. The journeys themselves were okay and quite smooth. I was due to be picked up between 20:00 - 20:30 and didn’t get picked up until 22:15. I would definitely advise going to the full moon party earlier in the day to make the transfer there loads easier!

No Show Tour - Didn’t go because not only did they change the time, they didn’t come to pick me up and then instead of organizing any alternative transport they just issued a refund. Extremely disappointed, would tell people to avoid this at all costs.
