The Triglav Seven Lakes is recognized as one of the most stunning locations in the Julian Alps. According to folklore, making it rain is as easy as tossing a rock into one of the lakes. The hike may be relatively lengthy, with the most challenging portion early on in steep terrain. Eventually, however, the path becomes level allowing you to sit back and appreciate the distinct alpine flora all day. It is a suitable outing for families with kids.
The journey offers breathtaking panoramic vistas of the Bohinj valley and lake, the encircling mountains within the Triglav National Park, and the vibrantly hued 7 lakes – ranging from dark blue, crystal clear to an emerald green.
