Worth it! - Les was really great! We got to see all the sights, learn some stuff, and hear great jokes! 10/10 experience. He also makes it easy to add (or not) the optional activities like the zoo and senic world- don’t worry about buying your own tickets for them!

Must book! Great tour and experience! - This was an awesome trip! It was clear that our driver/ guide really loves Australia and each aspect of the trip. We learned not only about the flora and fauna but also about local history and current events. We traveled with 3 generations of our family and he made everyone feel comfortable from senior citizen to the toddler. There are other tours that are more expensive and promise a more "premier" experience but I can't imagine how that could be. We highly recommend booking this tour!

Simply the best experience! - It’s great in the world when we can meet someone like our awesome tour guide Les, who is a wealth of information and we learnt so much from his commentary. He was friendly, funny, and highly informative. A trip we would do again just to have Les as our guide. The views were amazing! Highly recommend this tour! Thank you Les for helping our family create memories! The Tobeck family Christchurch, New Zealand

Room for improvement - This was a disappointing trip due to a range of factors. The bus was uncomfortable, people were squashed in like sardines and no seats allocated. Being the last people to get collected we had to split up and sit where we fit. If you did not choose one of the activities offered there was no plan for you. For example, we did not opt to go on the cable rides and were told to look around and wait. There was nothing to do for an hour and a half while we waited for the tour guide (Les) to come back with the others. We should have been given the option to shop and look around Leura instead. But we only had about 50 minutes at Leura in the end to get lunch and look around. This was a shame. Apart from the very uncomfortable seats, the boasting talk ("I met Olivia Newton John etc ...") and terrible music played by the tour guide, we were then dropped off late at the ferry terminal where we did not have tickets or know the process. Most people looked confused at this point (most unhelpful for tourists to Australia) and Les did not come down to the ferry to help. It was dark and, out of desperation, we appealed to the ferry workers, who let us jump on. We had to ask them where it was best to hop off so that we could get dinner and an Uber back to our accommodation. As an extra, at the zoo, my 78-year-old mother tripped over at the beginning of the tour and her face was bleeding. Thankfully, people in the shop gave us Band-Aids and serviettes. We weren't able to catch up with the group but made our own way around. Overall, I was extremely uncomfortable on the trip, had lots of wasted points, and lack of guidance from the tour guide. I would not recommend.
