Fantastic!! - We attended the comedy club for the 2nd time and wasn't disappointed, Ryan Gleeson was on top form and had people laughing right from the start, 3 different comedians joined Ryan and all 3 were very good, Jenny Hart was the highlight of the 3, I've not laughed like I did to her for a long time. Combine this fantastic entertainment with very friendly/good staff, it makes it a must go to venue.
Thanks for a brilliant night.

Comedy club -well worth visiting - Visiting from Scotland and this is our second visit to the Club. Really well organised, good promotions on drink and reasonably priced. Fantastic atmosphere along with a great host and acts, highly recommend for a good night out!

Great night out. - Hilarious night. Wasn’t very busy which I think helped as there was a lot of audience interaction. The acts were funny and even the bar staff were fantastic.

A night of Belly Laughs - Went on the Saturday evening on the same weekend of the airshow, was gonna leave a bad review so I could get one of the very funny responses…. From start to finish this was one off the best comedy nights I’ve been to, it’s not that often you get 4 great acts on the same night plus Ryan was fantastic throughout the evening. Well worth the journey from York
Thank you

Great night, brilliant comedians had me in stitches - 1st time attending a comedy club and as it was quiet I got placed in the front row and had the fear that I would be subject to abuse by the comedians.
No need to worry the acts were all nice people telling amusing tales that had me in stitches several times.
The compère and all the acts were really funny interacting with audience and a nice relaxed vibe.
Will be attending again next time I’m down there really enjoyed my experience, good value for money too.
Liked the set up a wee 10 minute drink or vape break between acts.

The security person was a bit over the top. - The security person was a bit over the top. Ryan was funny. Time flew during the show. It was over before you knew it. I had a good night. Would I go again, not sure

Surprised the security never had cattle prods - I visited on Saturday 12th July.
As a comedian myself I came to check out the venue with the interest to possibly applying to preform there in the future. However my first impression wasn't good. First if all on entering I was welcomed at the door by a polite door security person and a young lady at the box office and as I walked into the venue it was as I expected .however on ordering a bottle of water my apprehension Faded. I was met with an unwelcoming bartender who made me feel guilty for asking him for a drink he had no welcoming smile and ignored my attempt to make Idle conversation. To the point of totally ignoring me. I was one of 8 people in the room at this point one other person was waiting to be surved . I let this pass igrant person I thought. but as I stood on my own by the bar I watched as guests arrived and realised it wasn't just me the bar staff was being rude to. Not once did I see a smile off either of them serving . I'm not Gay and Im not being over sensitive But shouting orders Who's Next like a frigin Sargent mager is pretty much like balling orders this to me only added to their arrogance.. Then as I was sipping my bottle of water
I heard a Shout somebody shouted Seating!!!! ....and I assume we was now being aloud into the other room to settle to watch the show and as I walked through the door I had my chest slapped to stop...and ordered to wait by the security person at this point my mood had changed from friendly to defensive if he wasn't to busy herding guests like Cows to the chairs he decided they are to sit I think id knocked him out. Go on do it again I was thinking but luckily he didn't
And I was on my best behaviour and after all I was supposed to be out for a good time . The guests where also getting frustrated by the method of seating people . In my opinion you should let people sit where they wish it wasn't as if you was sold out or there was any VIP seating arrangements. Because of the combination of aragent behaviour from your staff the failure to welcome paying guests with a smile to your venue I literally felt the atmosphere change amongst everyone in the room . Then to top it off everyone was given warnings not to break rules. I get it but do it differently not like a threat.
Once I eventually calmed myself down I was now interested in the comedians and I did enjoy their performance.
However I have no intention to ever visit again or preform there, but if for some reason I am inclined to do so I hope by this time you have taught your staff manners and maybe some people skills because as a comedy venue and as a professional Comidain myself I have never felt so unwelcome in a comedy venue as I did at this one.
And Im not being funny.

The Station Club Blackpool - One of the worst nights out that I can remember
The compere was better than the comedians
We got there a little early and were made to wait outside till 7pm
When we got in there was a large queue at the bar with everyone landing at the same time
We were shown our seats at 8pm with no where to put your drinks apart from on the floor
The selection of drinks was poor and costly
When the second comedian came on I thought that I was in a rehab facility as all he kept going on about was when he used cocaine and other drugs not funny at all
By that time we had had enough and left early

Disappointed - Had to wait an hour to access the theatre. Compere was potentially very funny but spoiled his act by abusing and offending the audience. Female was funny. Scouser was definitely not funny. Star act was funny without offending anymore. Would not recommend it.

Avoid - Absolutely shocking this place. Access down steep stairs which elderly people struggled with. BOUNCERS were worse behaved terribly and spoke to elderly people like they were wrong when they complained about being left standing for over half an hour even threatened to throw one out. Drinks glasses all over the floor causing hazards and the bouncer collected then in his arms dread to think what would have happened if he fell. Needs an inspection from H&S. Acts weren't that bad considering tickets were only £20 but terrible overall experience.
