Bishkek - Son-Kul Lake

Son Kul Lake - Song Kul is a stunning high-altitude lake located at 3,016 meters, encircled by the central Tian Shan mountains. The weather at this summer pasture is unpredictable: sunny skies can quickly change to strong winds, rain, or even hail during the summer months. Due to these conditions, the pasture is accessible only from June to September.

Son-Kul - Issyk-Kul

Orto-Tokoy Water Reservoir - The Orto-Tokoy reservoir, the first of its kind in Kyrgyzstan, began construction in 1941 and was completed in 1960. It is situated on the Chu River, near the village of Kochkor. The reservoir’s primary function is to regulate the Chuy River’s water levels to support agricultural irrigation in Chui Oblast and southern Kazakhstan.

Thousands of years of soil erosion have sculpted various unique stone and clay figures in the canyon. The canyon’s multi-colored clays, minerals, and rocks enhance its scenic beauty.
