Made to feel included - We had our first visit yesterday and it was more than we expected. It was a child's dream! Our little girl has ASD and she was made to feel so inclusive 💕 they gave her an assisted pass so she didn't have to queue for the rides. She could play right till the last minute then go on the ride when it was time. It wasn't too big to get overwhelmed about. It was fun, clean, and so welcoming. Everyone was so happy and friendly. We had a fantastic time! Would 100% recommend.

Toddler tickets good value - Overall a lovely day out. We purchased the toddler tickets which made it much much better value, not sure at 3&5 I would pay full price. A good 3 hours visiting everything, kids loved it. Maybe just short staffed today but rides were only being opened for short times which we almost missed and saw a lot of families that did miss out. Shop is expensive but it is selling lego so expected. Would be nice if they had a few more ‘cheaper’ gift options other than just keyrings.

Disappointing visit - Our 4 year old grandson enjoyed the day here but as grandparents we found it very frustrating. No-one was around to answer questions and say when things were happening. The rides had long queues and were very basic. We had no idea of length of film at cinema and lego was all over the floor and was a health and safety hazard. There was no soap in the toilets and half the dispensers were broken. We have taken our grandson to many places and found this one to be the most disorganised. We would not make a repeat visit.

A bit disappointed - A big place, but no any assisted can be find inside if we had any question. And in 4D cinema is very dirty and lots of dust and floor is dirty. As I am asthmatic I can not really sit there, can feel straight away how bad was there. For this money should be more high quality.

Better than I thought it would be - Went with low expectations given the reviews, but needed to kill a few hours time. Overall, my 4 year old enjoyed it. The rides are basic and any child older than this is unlikely to find it exhilarating. The Lego stalls were busy but it provided some entertainment, as did the soft play. The cinema was good although I think some of the features (e.g. smoke and bubbles / foam) are not working, meaning you just get splashed every few minutes. We wouldn’t return but if you are at a loose end then with a young child then this could be a good place to visit.

Look out for discount tickets! - As others have said, the main issue is that this is overpriced for what it is. I paid for one of my tickets with Tesco clubcard points but without this I’d have been annoyed at paying £50 for me and my son on a weekday. The attractions inside (4D cinema, two rides and race tracks for cars) were good but it’s not a full day out and - obviously - much of it is…Lego. So if your kids are really into building things, that’s great, but for younger children there wasn’t much to keep their attention. The soft play is fine but not massive so gets busy very quickly. The VR experience is an additional cost which seems cheeky. The whole place is also underground so felt a little claustrophobic after a while without any windows. There is a small cafe inside which has a limited range of sandwiches etc and sells costa coffee. What I will say is that all of the staff were really friendly and helpful. But probably not worth the cost so look out for discounts!

Some good elements but would plan for other attractions to make your day worthwhile - Not a great amount to it, from the reviews we knew it would be small so weren’t expecting a huge variety. We had 3 children with us at 6,7 and 9 and they all enjoyed the indoor soft play which they all said was their favourite part so overpriced for a soft play but a good few hours spent. Us as grown ups appreciated the builds in the previous room and the skill it must have taken to do it but I’d say if you’re looking to spent 1.5-2hours then it’s ideal but you couldn’t make it a day or even a proper half day

Average - There's not loads to do, especially for younger children. We went during the summer holidays so it was busy and most things were a mess because of that.

Don't bother - Very poor value for money especially as you have to pay extra for the one thing that is half decent. Wouldn't recommend going (and we are a family of lego lovers). Staff don't even seem happy to be there. Worst visitor attraction we've been to
