Our tour guide was excellent. He lived through the activities during the time of the church bombing and the children being beat and hosed. Therefore, he was able to give us play by play explanations. We were also pleasantly surprised when completing our tour by the presence of Martin Luther King III in the sanctuary. MLK III was gracious enough to take a photo with each one of us.

Well balanced and factual. The outline media presentation was very powerful. We did not have time to look at the various stations around the room or to watch the individual videos.

Our host, W.J. Maye, was a wonderful storyteller, and his personal experiences brought them vividly to life. I was deeply moved by his presentation and simply standing on this 'holy ground.' An absolute must if you are visiting Birmingham.
