Awesome experience with toddler - Staff was friendly and super super helpful. This was perfect for our toddler too. The ride was smooth. Plenty of shade on the boat. They also provided so many floatie options for our toddler to enjoy the amazing snorkel.

Must Do Experience - Had an amazing time snorkeling! Had the chance to go explore and see all the coral reefs and see tons of tropical fish. All the crew members were super kind and made sure everyone enjoyed their time there.

Great experience - It seems Ok to bring own equipment, but they have tons of float equipment etc Great crew, appears well trained/experienced at assessing swim skills and helping as needed.

Great for even non-swimmers - My daughters and I had a blast on this snorkeling tour. I was originally very hesitant to swim on this day due to my experience the night prior with a different snorkeling tour which was not as non-swimmer friendly, but ended up being reassured by the crew that they had plenty of flotation devices and would be taken to a calm area of water to snorkel. I was advised to use their available inner tube and was very comfortable and confident in the water with its use. They provided everything needed, mask, snorkel, fins, and sunscreen. They even had a quick snorkeling instruction class before getting into the water which was helpful. The waters at the Captain Cook monument were nice and clear as to enjoy all the beautiful fish and coral. On the boat ride back, we were given lovely snacks of fresh pineapple and chips. Overall, this was a great and very enjoyable experience I can confidently recommend.

Easy access for all snorkeling levels - Amazing day snorkeling and enjoying 2 stops. The snorkeling where the fresh water runs into the ocean creates a blurry effect under water, but the visibility is still amazing. Great boat with easy access into and out of the water. Kids had a blast jumping in and snorkeling.

Superb - best tour and highlight of our trip - If i could give more than 5 stars i would have given that for there superb support throughout our experience. They made us feel so comfortable that we did exactly 1 and half hour of snorkling which seam impossible for us since we are non swimmers and had no prior experience.

The experience - The experience was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful, deff patient with the kids and parents. I love that they let you explore but with guidelines. Felt safe throughout the entire experience. Deff recommend 10/10

Snorkeling Trip - The snorkel trip was great. The boat had plenty of open and covered seating areas. Snorkeling in the bay where Captain Cook's monument was a calm location. One of the great things about the boat were the two sets of wide steps with railings in the back. It made getting in and out of the water very easy. Front slides were fun for many of the guests. The light snack after snorkeling hit the spot. All gear was provided including masks that had corrective lenses. Good trip to sign up for.

Nice trip - The experience was mostly as advertised: a boat ride out to a lovely snorkeling experience. Everything was provided. What we found a bit lacking was the lack of guide talk about anything: how long the ride was to be, what we were passing, the history of the area, pointing out flora/fauna, etc. The guides were lovely and would explain things if asked, but offered nothing otherwise. We were expecting a little more education from the experience. But otherwise, no complaints at all. The staff were kind and the equipment was good. Lovely snorkeling area.
