Great to get around - Great to get you to all attractions. The night ride was great to see the strip all lit up :). Only downfall was our first driver was NOT friendly or happy to help us. All other drivers were fantastic.

First time to Vegas - The Hop On/Off Bus was a good way to see the Las Vegas area for the first time. Our driver was very good, pointing out many points of interest. The only drawback I could say was that the locations of the bus stops were not very well marked.. many of them located far off the main streets.

Good & Bad! - We booked the 3 day pass as it included a night tour & high roller ticket. The actual hop on hop off tours worked well for us. I did think it was going to have an actual guide on but it was just a recording. I would recommend it though & for us the buses were always on time. The night tour we didn't enjoy at all. We were told to be at the check in point for 6.30pm which we were. We were all lined up & made to stand there for half an hour before anything even happened. We had long since finished our water & there was no access to any. The temperature was 111f, it was just crazy. My husband was so ill by the time we boarded, which again took ages as there were 4 bus loads You were directed to a seat. We'd got on early but I was made to sit by a post with limited vision. I asked to move as the bus was still empty at this point but was told no! We didn't realise that the tour stopped at Fremont street & you got off for an hour, we thought it was just a relaxing tour. Basically if you've done the day tour the recording is just the same so it's pointless. Regarding the high roller, when we went it was out of action due to lightening. We didn't see any but hung around a few hours but it didn't reopen. There are no refunds with high roller as they just say you've booked through a third party . I think the big bus should mention there is a chance it may not be available as now I've read previous reviews I can see this has happened to others.

Big Bus Tour of Las Vegas - I was in Las Vegas for a conference and without a car so opted for this Big Bus Tour. I met a lovely woman at stop 2 who was a BBT employee and she provided me with some good tips, including at stop 9 (Welcome sign) to go into the Harley Davidson shop while waiting for the next bus. I was able to cool off, use the restroom and get a cold Coke there. The driver told me the next bus would be arriving in 45 mins and I was outside at the 35-min mark but no bus. The wait ended up being an hour and 45 mins! I also wish that the bus would very briefly stop at major attractions so we could take photos but it was always in motion except for red lights and the 9 stops. I understand this would be difficult in some areas but in others it could easily have been done. This would have greatly enhanced the experience!

Not what i thought it would be - I loved the idea of the sightseeing bus more than the actual experience. I took a bus with 8 of my family members on Saturday. We each paid $55 to get on the bus. We chose to sit inside rather than in the open air level because we’re not used to the Vegas heat. A shame that they collect that much money but still cant seem to have functioning air conditioning. It made it really difficult to enjoy viewing any of the sights. We didnt even do the full tour because we were so uncomfortably hot. We chose to go back home in a cab instead

Lots of money for little - Lots of money for little... Information content on the tours equals zero, waiting times of over 40 minutes on a Ho on Hop of Tour are simply a no go! The standard excuse that traffic is to blame also does not apply if you only use two or four bus buses on such a tour. At this price absolutely not recommended !!!

Skip it - Rip off. No air conditioning as promised, cranky drivers, poor communication as to bus times ..we ended up only doing half and ubering back

Want to ride in an oven???? Big bus will get you baked!!! - The 1st driver, Female with the pink in her hair was amazing, her name started with a D… I don’t recall, she was informative, caring and patient. The bus AC was either not working or worked poorly… , now that 2nd driver……. The worst ever. As I’m assisting my older parents on both buses, while the female allowed me to get them situated before getting my ticket info… the second guy, requested twice and each time I told him, let me get my parents situated… then he mentioned that this AC was going to be blowing this hot air the entire trip, luckily for us, we only had 3 stops!!! Big bus….. get the damn AC fixed!!! It’s over 110 degrees! Terrible experience.

Bus was too hot and we just wasted our money got down at the next stop and used uber all day - None the bus was hot un that kind of weather there should be a way to keep people comfortable.......
