Get around town - Best way to get around the city and see as much in a short time frame, glad that it went until 7 pm because that gave us time to catch a bus ride to dinner.

Hop off hop off rather than hop on hop off - Runs regularly . That’s all. Very bad English commentary and the audioguide Very poorly timed to the places of interest, with long pauses of silence and then suddenly starting halfway. Buses have no ways of coping with the heat wave, simply like sitting in an oven

Nice way to see the city and get your bearing if you can the bus stops! - I have taken these tour buses all over the world and really enjoy the experience. The only negative thing I have to say is that the signage and the directions online are lacking. Most of the signs are not visible and the location for the stops don’t match the actual stop. As you can imagine, it was hard to catch the first bus. After a round trip I knew where the stops were and felt comfortable knowing where to get back on. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make the stops more noticeable and activate the real time bus locations. This has been the only city that function doesn’t work.

Ok service - When I purchase the Hop on Hop off it said to redeem the voucher at one of 3 locations. It was not necessary. I could have started at a stop near my hotel. For the Danube River Tour, the Hop on Hop off stands were not very helpful. They only point you to go without explicit directions. I had to ask another River ticket agency for the location. There were no voice recording explaining the sites on the upper deck either. The

Unfortunately it was... - Unfortunately it was raining and the open top buses had plastic sheets for windows and the downstairs windows had film over them so you couldn’t really see much. The tour would have been better depending on the weather,

Terrible service delivery - * Booked online & instructions were to get the ticket vouchers from one of 3 locations. Location we went to was very reluctant to provide the vouchers. * Stops are not identified on the street. * One seat on the bus was soaking wet. When I reported it, the guy just shrugged his shoulders. O * Staff seemed disinterested- service was not good. We last used this company in Dubai and it was great.

Budapest Hop-on-hop off experience - We gave done several trips abroad and always enjoy the Hop-Hop-Off activities. However in Budapest, we had an unpleasant experience. The audio and the narration did not always correlate w/the actual landmark in front of us. Further, the tour did not disclose on its website that the night cruise required an additional fee and lastly the “guide “ from the walking left without us…. Very disappointed.

A useful way to get around but the audio guide is not very good. - A fairly good way to get around and have used the same thing in London, New York, Barcelona. This was the worst by a long shot. Various stops of over 10 minutes with no explanation. An overly long monologue via the headphones about how the artists like to eat ham, ham and cheese, chees and ham or just cheese sandwiches. Long after we have passed the building related to the story. In the meantime no explanation of numerous giant monuments passing us by. Stopped for over ten minutes nest to a giant square with a giant statue and massive impressive buildings and not mention on the audio guide as to what it was. Really bad. I still think it is a good way to kinda have a way to get around if fed up walking but the audio guide is pretty bad tbh.

Worst bus tour service in Europe - Not worth buying a ticket. The bus routes are extremely rare. Although it is advertised that the frequency is every 10-20 minutes, this is absolutely inaccurate. We had to wait over 45 minutes at every stop for the next bus. Also, there are not clear signs at the bus stops. Overall, I would not recommend it.

Waste of money - Terrible. A complete waste of money. We paid approx. 40€ each. You could not see anything through the plastic roof, bad audio in the headphones as well as you would have to pay extra for the bus up to the castle, even though it said it was included in the ticket.
