Amazing experience! - This was such an incredible experience. The team were punctual, efficient and so much fun. We started the morning with coffee, then watched a beautiful sunrise over the dunes and spent an hour in the sky looking at the vast desert. I’ve done hot air balloon rides in Cappadocia and Egypt but this was sooooo much better. A once in a lifetime experience! Big shout out to the fantastic pilot Dennis and the driver Ibrahim!

A breathtaking and intimate flight with a world-class team ... - Our hot air balloon flight was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff of six made us feel welcome and well-cared for. Every team member was brilliant, professional, and clearly passionate about ensuring a seamless experience for their guests. ​The flight itself was incredibly peaceful. Floating silently above the scenery provided a perspective you simply cannot get any other way. It was an exceptionally personal experience, as it was just my daughter and I in the basket, which made the morning feel very exclusive. ​The pilot was highly skilled and knowledgeable, ensuring we felt safe while pointing out interesting landmarks below. Touching down was gentle, and the entire outing was handled with such care from start to finish. Hot air balloon experience - It was a wonderful experience and Dennis, our captain guided us well. The tour was exciting and had great experience. The entire team was supportive and gentle.

Phantastic once-in-a-lifetime event - We had booked a promotional balloon tour for the sunrise at Wahiba Sands in the Oman. That included an early morning pick-up at our desert camp with almost an hour transfer to and from the starting place of the balloon. There we got a nice snack for breakfast and attended the preparations for the flight, when the balloon was filled with air and the gondola got attached. Shortly before sunrise we took off to a phantastic magical ride over the desert and dunes of Wahiba Sands. Mateo, our Mexican "pilot", did not only do a great job in getting us up to even 850 meters but also was a nice guide who told us a lot about balloon riding in general, about navigation and even about land and people of the Oman desert. With him we felt absolutely safe during the entire flight and at an excellent, soft landing after more than one hour. Then we got our balloon flight certificates before we started the transfer back to our camp. As a nice surprise our Omani driver gave us a private "dune bashing" ride which rounded up our wonderful event with Royal Balloon Tours. All in all its been a wonderful "once in a lifetime" experience which we can highly recommend.
