Fantastic Experience - The Bosphorus night dinner cruise in Istanbul was an incredible experience! The views of the illuminated city, iconic landmarks like the Bosphorus Bridge, and historic palaces were breathtaking. The dinner was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The live entertainment, including traditional Turkish music and dance performances, added so much charm to the evening. The staff were attentive and ensured everyone had a great time. A perfect way to enjoy Istanbul’s beauty and culture—highly recommended!

Everyone must try the cruise - Excellent customer service...fully english speaking staff. Genuine people and very kind. The views were amazing, the entertainment was amazing. I will definitely book through this person again next time i come to istanbul.

Great service, bad food, couldn’t see the dancing - Everything about this trip was a headache. And the offered services did not make up for it in return. The communication prior to the pick up was lacking and confusing. It offered hotel pick up yet. It made me walk approximately a quarter of a mile to meet other participants in the van. It was not communicated That it is typical for the driver to be an hour late when picking you up. The driving time was also not communicated. It was approximately 45 minutes to an hour from the hotel to the destination point. The man picking us up from the hotel was extremely rude and unapologetic. I was messaging the tour operator to understand why they were late and tried to gain clarification on where I would be picked up and the tour operator did nothing but make excuses. I also told the tour operator that the man who picked us up was extremely rude and the tour operator said because he “wasn’t yelling at me” nothing was wrong. I explained that this was still unacceptable behavior and again he only created excuses and tried to gaslight me. They even communicated that it is typical to have access traffic because they are a busy city and we’re unapologetic. The entire cruise did not start until approximately an hour and a half after the listed starting time. The actual services were also ridiculous. The dancers didn’t seem to be enjoying themselves and the entire boat was overcrowded to the point where you could barely even see the dancers. The food was not good and the drinks were mediocre. You can hardly see any of the sites from inside the boat so taking pictures would’ve been difficult unless you went outside in the cold to take them. Returning was also equally as problematic. The tour guy did not provide any pick up instructions so the entire tour group was confused and had to wander around to find the tour driver. When we exited the boat, the tour operator confronted me about my messages to him, saying how bad the service was and proceeded to try to get into an argument with in front of the rest of the group. I would not recommend this service at all. I felt like a captive and that I was being treated badly and that none of the services were worth this experience.
