Outstanding dinner cruise with great entertainment and lots of fun. - Well organized dinner cruise with good food, great service, beautiful night views of Istanbul, and above all, lots of fun and entertainment. The shows were fantastic and the final act with the sax and drum players getting everyone on the dance floor was outstanding!! Best experience in our Istanbul trip to date. We had lots of fun. Highly recommended!!!

It was worth it. - Different, pleasant with safe navigation, very good dinner (entries, main dish and fruits as dessert) and the pick-up time, start and return to the hotels. Very beautiful the show with typical dances and the ballad to finish.

Beautiful dinner at night - This was a wonderful experience the view the food and the service-the only down side was that they told us this was all you can drink and pay for adult beverages and your only allowed 2 drinks / my husband wanted a 3rd beer and we had to pay for it- other than that everything was great

Nighttime enjoyment of the Bosphorus views in Istanbul! - Very interesting program! Incredible views of the beautiful Istanbul night! We saw the whole city at night, the glowing bridge and all the sights! The show is very busy! Alcohol Turkish crayfish must be tried! Thank you to the agency for giving us the opportunity to see this beautiful city!

Dinner Cruise - It was a touristy activity. Music was very loud and made it difficult to communicate with the people sitting next to you. Crew was very friendly. Food was ok.

Do not use Viator: the dinner company was incredible - I have traveled and used Viator to book excursions dozens of times: they handled this experience terribly from start to finish. Our first pick up driver past up our hotel (we were waiting in the lobby as instructed), and our next driver was an hour late. Our tickets were rejected, as we hopped from boat to boat, finally agreeing to privately pay the boat company who told us we were “scammed”. They sat us between two families who had already eaten, as the boat took off, and finally realized that we were on the right boat after all. The dinner and entertainment were incredible, and you should simply book directly with these companies and not use Viator who has a person in Russia WhatsApp you that is not actually part of the excursion company. No one knew where to take us, we were covered in sweat and confused by the time multiple people at the boats called customer service and spoke in Russian to their customer service who didn’t know what the boats name was either. When we left, no shuttles recognized our ticket. We walked for 30 minutes and paid for a taxi. While on the taxi, we got contacted (finally) about getting our ride, but being out of my country I could not get wifi or calls on what’s app. The boat company did their best, we barely made it there or on the boat, but Viator was a terrible “middle man”, and I hope they leave this review up. As someone who travels to 5 countries a year and has used Viator for decades, please book your excursions directly through these companies. This was terribly organized and made my husbands 40th birthday we flew 12 hours to enjoy a pain, on an otherwise lovely trip.

Big disappointment - It was all chaos. Nobody had control of the bookings. We didn't get what we ordered and paid. Staff tried to accommodate us but working under terrible conditions. Shows were ok. But we were positioned so we could see almost nothing and were returned to our desk if we tried to get closer to take pictures. The music was upsettingly loud. We couldn't talk during dinner. Very big disappointment.
