Nitmiluk National Park

Nitmiluk National Park - The exploration of Nitmiluk National Park begins, home to the spectacular Katherine Gorge. Arriving early, the Nit Nit Dreaming Cruise is boarded, navigating the tranquil waters flanked by towering sandstone cliffs, and learning about the gorge’s geological formations, cultural significance, and the Dreamtime stories of the Jawoyn people who have called this area home for thousands of years. After the cruise, the nearby Katherine Hot Springs are visited for a relaxing soak in the natural thermal pools, surrounded by lush greenery. Then, the journey continues to Leliyn (Edith Falls), where swimming in crystal-clear pools fed by cascading waterfalls offers a refreshing break.
