In depth tour by engaging guide - Animated and enthusiastic guide- very informative and he added a lot of color and context. He added to the discussion with pictures of what the city looked like before and after the War, and what Third Reich buildings remain. As with any walking tour, the significance of the sites is so much better understood through a guide vs. seeing a monument or site on your own.

Really great tour - Jim was a brilliant guide and was happy to answer all of our questions. He shared so many facts that we would have missed had we not booked a walking tour. He also was able to recommend other sites which was very helpful. A great tour ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Knowing more about history - This tour was an important part of my journey. Eran (the guide ) knew what he was talking about. Giving details and showing around the importance of the history (even the darkest part of it) 100% recommended this tour and the guide.

Highly recommend to everyone! - JR was great! Very informative! He made difficult topics of Nazi politics, hate, war, and fascism easier to understand both with excellent historical facts and research, and with personal stories to help us see what it was like to live through the last century in Germany. We came with a decent knowledge base, but left with much more understanding. This is a beautiful city and we saw and experienced much of it gaining insight into past events and the German people. I fear we as humans are destined to repeat some of what has happened here, and soon, if we don’t all make more effort to understand and take action to prevent it. Thanks for offering this and thanks JR for making it a great experience.

Great historical overview of the Third Reich - All of the stops were amazing history. Hannah was awesome! A true historian who presented each story with enough detail in a short time. We wish this tour was longer in time to visit more of the sites. We recommend this tour to anyone who wants to understand some of the history behind the Third Reich.
