small intimate and chilled out experience - this was a really nice and chilled out hour to spend in Berlin. we also lucked out and had the boat to ourselves! the crew were lovely and friendly, the tour was informative and, as it’s smaller boat it felt like a more intimate and luxurious setting than other boats we passed - would recommend

Book this cruise! - Really loved it the crew the tour the boat itself well worth it and smooth sailing all around. Not crowded very elegant drinks on board and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Great Introduction to Berlin - We were greeted by one of the crew and were free to choose our spot on the boat (we choose the upper deck with the captain). At which point another crew member took our drink order and we were off. There's a recording telling you about the history and general trivia of quite a few of the buildings and locations along the way. It was a really nice thing to do on our first day in Berlin. We had a great time.

It was so relaxing we went again! - It was so relaxing we went again! The crew were so pleasant, friendly, and very accommodating! We loved it!

Peaceful boat ride - They had a toilet onboard which was good and offered drinks for a price. I chose to sit at the top of the boat and due to the heat they offered me a big umbrella which was lovely of them. Beware of wasps if you do decide to sit on the top.

Relaxing trip and great views - This is a great choice for people that want a relaxing river trip. The boat is smaller (but very stable), so also perfect if you want to avoid big crowds. Every seat has a great view. You follow the same route in both directions, so you can see it all if you choose to sit below the top deck. The staff is attentive and considerate. The only issue is if you choose to sit above deck near the bow of the boat, it will be difficult/not possible to hear the recordings discussing the sights. If the audio is important for you, just choose a seat near the cabin.

Lack DE reliability: boat absent despite prior reservation and payment. - We had booked well in advance (about two weeks) for Saturday 05.07.2025 at 12:00. As a family (four people) we decided, arriving by train in Berlin the same morning, to start his visit with this little walk on the Spree - river that, like the Seine in Paris, crosses Berlin from east to west - in order to begin his discovery in this river aspect. It was raining. At the time, we were clearly alone DE the pontoon to which we had arrived more than EN you minutes early. We left EN an hour after the presumed boarding time without seeing the scheduled shuttle dock, and still in the rain. The company could not be reached at the telephone numbers DE provided. No DE reply to messages. EN the end of the afternoon, passing DE the boarding area, the shuttle was on the landing. We went there to ask for explanations that we got ENues: a crew member confirmed that due to the small number of registrants (we alone) they had decided to cancel this session. We had obviously never received a prior notice of cancellation. EN via TripAdvisor (platform on which we bought the DE tickets) we asked for (and, a priori, got; I still have to check it) refunds of tickets but the experience is eminently unpleasant: the feeling of being held for "vulgum pecus". Moreover, we have not received any message of apology from society, which could have been the least we could have done in a world where usage still makes some sense. DE multiple companies offer DE sail on the Spree, with or without meals, speaker, at any time, etc... They should obviously be preferred to avoid disappointment. For the attention DE Flagship: spare yourself any public response on this site to try DE hang onto the branches, they are too gooey (rain, no doubt).

Misleading & bad experience - I went to the spot and it was the right location but I don’t find anyone then i called them no one answer the call. I sent to Viator chat about it and they told me they will refund my ticket but i did not get any notification or email about it

Disappointing experience – rainy weather and unnecessary children's ticket - My experience with the ride was unfortunately disappointing. The weather was very rainy, which affected the overall mood and the view. The ride was not pleasant and unfortunately we could not enjoy it. I also booked and paid for a ticket for my son, even though he is under 2 years old. On site I was told by the captain that children under 2 years old are allowed to ride for free! This is really annoying and I therefore ask for a refund of the amount for the children's ticket. Overall, it was an expensive but unfortunately unsuccessful experience.

Claim - Our trip was at 12, we arrived at 12 and the boat left without us!!!! There's nobody on the counter and they don't answer the phone.
