Fantastic walking tour, July 6 2024. - Excellent tour excellent guide. He was so knowledgeable and loved Berlin , would 100% recommend if you have 2 or 3 hours in the Centre.

Fantastic Tour - Rodolfo was our tour guide and he was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional. At the end of the tour, he provided a list of recommendations he suggested throughout the tour, which was very useful!

A superb tour! - Luisa was absolutely brilliant. She was bubbly and energetic and her knowledge was admirable. The tour gave us a real insight into the history of Berlin and was a great way to start our Berlin trip.

Amazing city tour - We did the walking tour with our guide Miguel. Miguel is extremely knowledgeable and energetic guide. He was very informative and kept us interested for the length of the tour. We thoroughly enjoyed this and would recommended the tour to anyone wanting to know about the history of Berlin.

Brilliant walking tour in berlin - I heard so many good things about Berlin and really wanted a tour guide to give me some background on this beautiful city.
This is exactly what I got.
My guide was Rodolfo and it was clear he had in depth knowledge of this city.
I really enjoyed listening to the stories and it was a shame at times it felt a bit rushed as we had a lot of stops to cover in the time allocated.
To improve further it would be brilliant if Berlin tour can provide direct contact details to book.excursions for say walking the berlin wall and seeing the tower etc.
It would make it easy for people like me who want to maximise what they can see in a short space of time.

Park the leftist lectures please - There is so much to see and history to discuss on a walking tour of Berlin so it is a shame when the tour guide uses the tour to promote her political views. Sometimes these were disguised as innocent questions or comments and other times they were front and centre in conversation which lead to argument and abuse by the tour guide. Park the leftist lectures and focus on the history would be my advice for all tour guides.

Disrespect of customers - I booked the free walking tour on July 29 @12:00 and got confirmation and a reminder and as well. We waited for the guide for more than 30 minutes but didn't show up and didn't get any cancellation message until the staff at Berlin Generator helped the people waiting by calling the company and conveying cancellation of the trip. From my side I sent a message on the WhatsApp asking the company about the guide, I received the answer 2 hours later asking if I have already met the guide !!! Given our limited time in the city this was a great disruption of our schedule and a behaviour not expected from Germans who are known for their discipline
