Fun - What a great experience! I visited Berlin with my 2 older children and wanted to do something fun and this fitted well! The staff were friendly and inviting. You get 3 drinks included in the price so it feels like good value for money. You're given coats and gloves to go into the actual ice bar after having a drink and setting the scene and instructions outside. The carvings inside a great and fun! Well worth it! We stayed for some drinks afterwards too in the outside bar. 😊

Top notch bar experience from DC - The staff was amazing and accommodating ( we arrived late) upon our arrival. We were still able to recieve the experience we thought we would. They made sure we were well taken care of and it was definitely a welcome home vibe. The ice bar itself is interesting and the shots are well worth it. The entire bare team was great ensuring our drinks were strong and well prepared. If you’re thinking of booking this as a first stop DO IT! you won’t regret it. Extra shots if you bring the vibe! From DC and the vibes were great !

Great Experience - Great experience. We had a cocktail at the first bar then 2 beers inside the actual Ice Bar. Very good experience apart from someone who kept farting and clearing the area out.

Try and enjoy the cold - Great experience! Good drinks. Friendly staff. Jackets and gloves are available for the "ice age" should there be a need. Everyone should try Icebar Berlin once!

Interesting experience - It was something different and i found it cool. The cost of the drink was fair and they were well prepared, i highly reccomend this place

Ice Ice Baby - Good value experience for the price includes one drink on arrival and a Beer and a shot inside the Ice bar Short video before Once inside lighting is limited so photos aren’t like the website Small bar inside Would recommend

Avoid it’s an utter scam! - The drink at the bar was watered down all I could taste was cola and not Bacardi. The ice bar is just a deep freeze with a few sculptures thrown in. A bit like one of those scam winter wonderlands parents take their children to be ripped off. I thought it would be a proper ice bar with tables and chairs and everything made from ice. One person serving behind the bar and after the drink there’s nothing to do. A proper scammy tourist trap and I would not recommend it at all.

Rude and Ignorant Member of Staff Ruined Visit - Upon arriving at the ice bar, we were 20 minutes early and greeted by a staff member who seemed annoyed by our early arrival. We explained that we were early due to the cold and wet conditions outside and planned to buy drinks in the indoor bar while we waited. Begrudgingly, he allowed us inside. Despite the initial attitude, we decided to enjoy our free drink and purchased another while waiting to be called into the main ice bar, which was turning out to be a pleasant visit overall. When it was time to enter, the same staff member gave instructions, first in German and then briefly in English. He explained the coat and glove process, mentioning that those who didn’t need gloves or hats could proceed directly to the next room. Following his instructions, the couple in front of us went ahead, and we followed, believing we were doing as he had explained. Unfortunately, we later realized his explanation wasn’t very clear. Inside the ice bar, we ordered drinks and took in the icy atmosphere, getting some photos and enjoying the experience. Sadly one of my friend’s glasses had a hole in it only a minute or two after receiving the drinks, forcing him to quickly down his drink before setting the leaking glass aside. A few minutes later, my own drink started to leak, so I placed it aside as well which was a little frustrating. As we were taking photos, a staff photographer offered to take a group picture. The two girls in our group set their drinks on the bar for the photo, but as soon as the picture was taken, the photographer grabbed their glasses and tossed them behind the bar without asking. Since there was little drink left in them, we initially brushed it off and didn't see any fuss. However, when we attempted to order new drinks, the situation soured. The same staff member with the earlier attitude blasted us, claiming we should have kept hold of our glasses, even the ones that were leaking. When we pointed out that the photographer had thrown away the other glasses, he dismissively said it wasn’t his problem. His tone grew increasingly hostile as he accused us of ignoring his earlier instructions about entering the room. We explained that we had simply followed the couple in front of us and that his instructions had been unclear. Instead of resolving the issue, he refused to serve us further so we had no other option but to leave. This rude interaction tainted what had otherwise been an enjoyable experience. While the other staff members were friendly, this individual’s attitude and lack of professionalism left a bad impression. The ice bar itself is small but offers a fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the leaky drinks and poor service from this one staff member ruined our visit. If you’re considering visiting, I’d advise caution your experience might depend heavily on which staff members you encounter. Sadly, this experience means I won’t return to the ice bar and cannot recommend it to others based on this visit.

Needs defrosting! - Not worth the money, walk-in freezer with a few ice carvings and two cheap drinks, nothing to look at and no story to tell. Just open your chest freezer at home and stick your head in, just as interesting!
