Berlin - Really enjoyed the bus trip very informative . Loads of interesting sites. So much to see in the city. Will need to visit again

Warm way of sightseeing - Although the audio was very informative. The narrators gave the directions wrong. They kept. Saying look left and the attraction was on the other side. This happened all the route. I checked on both Spanish and English. So it was very confusing

Overcrowded & old information - Busses we're few and far between. Very overcrowded with the whole bottom floor full of standing passenger, sitting on the steps, I thought this was not allowed? Getting on and off for others was impossible and no listening in. Also, the sound track needs some serious updating, we are still listening to upgrades that will be complete and opening in 2019? Very overcrowded.

Enjoyable experience with a few hiccups - The audio quality could use some improvement, as a few seats had issues with it not working properly. On a positive note, the route and stops were excellent, with several allowing for 20-25 minute breaks to explore the surroundings. Unfortunately, the driver was quite rude and responded in an impolite manner, but we were still able to enjoy the tour overall despite this.

Pick a different Hop On Hop Off - The first seat we sat in had one broken jack. We had to quickly take a different seat so we could each use headphones. The audio is a lot of music and very little verbal communication about what one is seeing. The audio is also off from what you are seeing out the window. The driver only speaks in German to tell us when we have arrived at a stop. The seats are terrible. We have done the on off bus in two other cities this trip and they were fantastic! This one in Berlin is not good.

Poor expérience - too much waiting time !! - You havé to wait a lllooonnnggg time for each bus. Much more than thé 25 minutes announced. Stops are difficult to find. Pretty expensive.

Poor service - very disappointing. - Wish we had read the reviews before purchasing these tickets. Very disappointing compared to the other hop on hop off we have done through Italy and also Munich. Waited forever at stops, very poorly written information which was totally out of time with the drive. No indication that we could not stop at Checkpoint Charlie, understand there are road works etc but we were just not told. We ended up getting off and walking and googling ourselves which was much better. Don’t waste your money.

Good routes. Useless commentary - Compared with other tours (New Orleans, Munich, Rome, Lisbon, loads..) Awful commentary. Disappointing. As others noted-irrelevant, sexist, trivial. Sounds like it was written by a couple of bored students. Totally misses detail on this fantastic city. Recommend not listening to the audio but cross referencing the journey with a decent guide book.

Waste of money - Moronic commentary. English was embarrassing to listen to. Might as well have been on a school trip. Missed all main points of interest and talked trivia instead. Learned nothing. Waste of time and money

Not worth - Totally useless . Wastage of Money & time . Completely misguiding . It does show only the buildings beside the streets and does go to depth of rich history
