afternoon tea bus - had a great time, hetal & saman were awesome and so kind! the tea was really good and i liked the variety of the snacks that they gave us.

Disappointing experience - This was a totally disappointing experience, I bought this for a friends birthday and felt really embarrassed about it. We boarded the bus and was shown to our seats, there was only one other couple on the bus. The commentary was so poor and only came on 3 times though the tour and each time we had actually passed the place being mentioned. ABBA was played through the tour repeatedly, the same songs over and over again and was very loud it was difficult to hear each other talking. We appeared to continually go round and round in circles going down the same roads. The food was very mediocre, and some of the cakes were broken before we picked them up. The tour lasted just an hour, although we were pleased to get off the bus, we were expecting it to last a little longer. So, an expensive and disappointing gift.

Very Disappointed Parents - I booked my parents onto the Windsor afternoon tea bus tour as a diamond wedding anniversary gift and 24 hours before they were due to go,the company emailed me to say, that the bus tour had been cancelled due to not enough places being booked,I was offered the same day and time, but they would have to travel to Victoria London,seeing as my parents are 77 and 79 they didn’t feel comfortable travelling to london,the other option was Saturday which they didn’t want to do as it would be to busy.Seeing as these tours run until November I called the office to see what other dates were available and I was told there wasn’t any from now until November.I went onto the website and found I could book for next Wednesday the time my parents wanted so WHY was I not offered this date
