Great trip and... - Great trip and experience. Only very little time at the museum and for lunch and even less time at the glacier. But everything beautiful

Fantastic sightseeing in the Norwegian fjords - Sights were fantastic. We even saw some dolphins in the fjord. Tour guides had a lot of good info and personality. We had a great time!

Sognefjiord Cruise - Nice Sogne Fjord cruise with museum stop and Bøyabreen Glacier. Natalia, the Guide, was quite friendly.

Journey through the fjords - I travel through the fjords very much in. We were disappointed by the visit to the glacier, unfortunately reduced to a small patch in the middle of the rock. Anyway congratulations to the organization: always present and punctual in ferry-coach changes

Nice cruise in a non-electric boat from Vik to Balestrand-Fjærland. Visit museum and Bøyabreen viewpoint - Nice cruise. It started in Vik and stopped in Balestrand and Fjærland, where we visited the museum (1 hour with a 20 mins video, maybe too much) and the Bøyabreen viewpoint (really nice, 15 mins). Natalia, the guide, was really helpful and nice. The negative aspect was that the boat was not electric and the smell of the fuel was very intense in most of the trip, and there was no free time in Fjærland to visit the famous bookshops and explore the village. It rained when we did the cruise and most of the time we were inside, the windows could be bigger but it was OK and there were some options to eat and drink (also Natalia there, very nice too)

Cancelled tour - NO REFUND ISSUED - No refunds was provided for a cancelled tour although the email cancellation clearly stated a refund would be issued to my credit card. I contacted the vendor with no reply, still waiting for reply to emails.

DISASTER - One way to improve this tour is to give some information about what to do. The instructions on getting on the boat to start the tour were okay. There were two options and we were able to figure out which boat to step on with some investigation. From that point on, you are on your own without any idea; ( including asking and getting help from knowledgeable officials ). Where we ended up, we were fortunately able to catch a cab, and an expensive one at that, to get us back on a boat to where we were able to return to Bergen. The captain of the boat we were able to catch explained to us that he was well aware of this particular tour operator; and although he didn’t like to bad mouth tours because he works with them; he admitted that this tour company had no idea what they were doing; and that it wasn’t uncommon for people to get lost on their tour and stranded. The boat captain himself offered us, graciously, to book us on an appropriate tour the following day; but we were leaving Bergen. No wonder this was the only last minute boat tour available, and mysteriously there were no reviews. I asked to be refunded due to the entire day being ruined and because we were already out a lot of money, due to being stranded and having to find cabs back to points where we could get back to Bergen. We were turned down; but we’re offered to go on another tour gratis the next day. NO THANKS!! We were leaving Bergen the next day; but; even if we were staying, I would never risk repeating the miserable experience we had just endured. This tour operation is either grossly incompetent, or perhaps just a scam to collect $. Either way, Tour Advisor needs to remove this tour from their site if they want to be a reliable source of information, and this tour management needs to be out of business. I have taken many many tours advised by Trip Advisor and have never been disappointed, including the city walking tour of Bergen and the mountain hiking tour, all 5 stars. Beware of tour with no reviews, hopefully this review gets posted and serves as a warning to future patrons
