- This all day tour was awesome! We were met right on time at our hotel in a very clean Mercedes by Roald. Because he was born and raised in Norway, Roald was able to share some myths, tales (Trolls and Helga) and share some personal stories of growing up in Norway. He also showed us secret scenic spots along the way to Gudvangen (including best cinnamon rolls). Yes, the Fjord cruise and Railway to Flam was beautiful, but the secret spots were breathtaking! Scenery with snow and clouds reflected in calm clear water was spectacular! This was the highlight of our trip!
Roald repeated many times the navigational part of the cruise to the Flam Railway and next railway to Voss.
(I was afraid we would not make the connections) But it turned out to be very easy, thanks to him!
Roald was informative and at times quite funny. He went above and beyond. (Even made our dinner reservations, etc)
What a great tour and we hope to be back in Norway one day!

Great private car/train/boat tour. - Very comprehensive tour including private guide/driver, trains and boat. Beautiful views from train to Flam and a gorgeous boat ride on fjords. Boat was medium sized, very nicely-designed with great indoor and outdoor spaces and access. Guide was great - informative, friendly, accommodating.

The highlight of our Norway trip - Excellent tour! Our guide Roald was friendly and knowledgeable. This tour takes care of the all the logistics so you can just enjoy the incredible scenery.

great day - we had the best time with Roald today. we saw norway through all modes of transportation. the boat through the fjords was magnificent! do not skip the fjord cruise! beautiful day!

Great tour with a toddler! - Highly professional staff, who kept us well informed. Our tour guide Roald was amazing, so knowledgeable and extremely patient with so many of our toilet breaks and a toddler melt down. It was the perfect tour, we saw everything that we wanted to see and the Flam railway was fantastic! Perfect views. Highly recommended for families with young kids.

Perfect day trip of Bergen and surrounding area - Great tour of the fjords and the Bergen area. Roald was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. We enjoyed spending the day with him. He made the trip easy and relaxing. We would definitely suggest this tour and would take it again.

A Tour to Treasure for Our Lifetime - Our Flam Real Experience AS Tour provided the highlight of our two-week trip to Scandinavia. We visited beautiful valleys and waterfalls away from the usual tourist spots with our guide Roald. He shared his knowledge about the Norwegian fjords and the area around Bergen. And Roald answered all our questions about Norwegian culture, history and industry. My husband, son and I wished the day could have been a bit sunnier. But our experiences driving the mountain roads with Roald, gliding along the Naeroyfjord on the ferry, and riding the Flam Railway were invaluable. I thank Sonia for arranging our tour; and I am grateful to Roald for giving us such an extraordinary day. I highly recommend this exceptional tour.
