- Hardangerfjord - Upon reaching Mundheim, the breathtaking Hardangerfjord will greet us. We will journey alongside the fjord for approximately one hour, taking in the picturesque villages, the majestic mountains, and the abundant orchards.
- Oystese - Øystese is a delightful village nestled amidst towering mountains and the Hardangerfjord.
- Spildegarden - At this location, we will explore a farm and savor what is acclaimed as “The world’s best apple cake.” This cake is crafted from apples grown at Spildegarden, and the owners will provide valuable insights into managing an orchard in Hardanger.
- Steinsdalsfossen Waterfall - Situated near Norheimsund in Hardanger, Steinsdalsfossen is one of Norway’s most beloved waterfalls. Standing at 50 meters tall, it is renowned for the path that allows visitors to walk behind the waterfall, staying dry while experiencing its powerful cascade up close.
- Fossen Bratte - A mere 20-minute drive from Steinsdalsfossen, another waterfall awaits. We will visit Fossen Bratte, which boasts an impressive 80-meter drop.
Today, we will drive through a tunnel behind the waterfall, and upon parking, we can take the old road to reach the top of the waterfall. Alternatively, we can choose to descend to the base of this magnificent waterfall.
