Food and culture well done! - Freya was delightful. She made the rainy day a non issue stopping in covered spots to tell us about Bergen and give us tastes of local food. We had just enough to eat and a very good amount of history and local culture

Good way to experience Bergen - Fun way to experience Bergen. There was a good mix of food and culture and some of the foods were new and different while others were more comforting. All the food was good and the guide was kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend the food tour - Great tour with an amazing guide, delicious snacks and you learn more about the city. Would very much recommend this tour to get away from the busy/touristic harbor and venture into the streets beyond bryggen.

Awesome time and food - This was an awesome tour! The food itself was amazing but the stories about the culture and history of Bergen set it apart from other food tours.

Disappointing food tour! - Our guide was lovely and informative. We've been on many food tours and the selection on this was uninspiring and disappointing. It did not make us want to try other Norwegian foods.

Disappointing - It was very disappointing. We’ve been to several food tours in different places and this was by far the worst one (both on culture and food). On the food part, we had: one fish cake, a quarter of cinnamon bun with brown cheese on top, a very small meat soup, a warm apple juice and a very small beer. We were very hungry at the end. On the culture side, all the information was superficial and the guide could not answer basic questions (some were actually related to the food culture).

Untidy food handler for food tour - We had quite few food tours, sadly to say this tour is below average. If one never had Bergen food before, it may worth a try; otherwise you may skip it and explore on your own. The guide we had was knowledgeable and helpful, yet not the kind of guide you want to handle the food. His jacket, pants, and shoes were stained and tore, kind of like just returned from a weekend hiking trip.
