Rainy day tour made excellent by a perfect guide! - Great trip, Sue, our guide was AMAZING. She had an extremely interesting back story, told us troll tales from memory and even played us some music. The scenery was spellbinding and even with the drizzle, it was great. In fact , ive nothing to compare it to, but i reccomend a damp day with clouds for very moody pics. Bus driver was extremely safe and drove smoothly. Sue was definitely an excellent guide!

Fantastic Scenery and Tour Guide - Sam was a fantastic guide, keeping us entertained with stories throughout the whole tour. Even though it was raining most of the time, we were still able to enjoy all the breathtaking sights planned for us. Highly recommend, and bring an umbrella just in case!

Best tour guide ever - Sam - We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our day guided by ‘Sam’. From start to finish she educated us on all aspects of Norwegian culture - the history- the culture- folklore- music- education system - nature and so much more. She was so personable and very entertaining and engaging. So easy to listen to and learn from. Best tour guide we have ever had in all our worldly travels. Thanks for the memories Sam!

Do not miss! - This tour was great! The holy grail is the lake, of course. It is unlike any lake you have ever seen, truly magical. The bus driver was experienced and I felt very confident in his navigation of the winding roads. Salame, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgable, informative and funny!

Relaxed and beautiful - Great trip. Except the price was a little too expensive. But it is definitely worth it and you see a lot. Beautiful glacial lake

Best guide of our vacation - Nice hike on a gravel trail to an area at the lake with picnic tables. To hike further to the falls is on an ankle breaker trail.

A great tour. - Overall, a great tour with beautiful scenery. The walk to the glacial lake was the high point. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. My only complaint was that we never had any time to quietly relax. The ride back to Bergen from the ferry would have been much more enjoyable if I could have watched the scenery and contemplated the day without the audio.

Mediocre, Disappointing, Overpriced - Excursion was cancelled by operator with less than half a day's notice. We were told by email we would re-booked for next day – and were still in Bergen – though last-minute changes to our plans were necessary. Excursion was not at all as described. The “mostly flat” hike was in fact nearly an hour uphill and about the same down by the same route. The same hike twice and flat only because it ended on the same parking lot as it started was only one disappointment. The glacier fed lake is disappointing to someone who has visited lakes in the Canadian Rockies. Most of the nine hours were spent on the bus, out and back on the same route (repetitive); the boat ride on the fjord was two repeated 15min rides on the same car/truck ferry. In summary, a mediocre, overpriced tour misrepresented and mismanaged by the operator.

Unreliable - Booked and paid in advance, excursion cancelled the day before! Without even an explanation, terrible! So at the last minute it became difficult to look for more!
