Accompanied by a local Foodie, participants will follow a secret itinerary within the Città Alta walls, discovering bold flavors and delicate aromas, from the roots of Lombard cuisine to the modern Bergamo food scene.

In one of Bergamo Alta’s most charming restaurants, participants will enjoy traditional casoncelli or Foiade, a classic Sunday dish of the local tradition, experiencing the authentic flavors that have been cherished in the region for generations.
- Piazza Vecchia - The tour continues past Piazza Vecchia to the next stop, where participants will taste the famous polenta with lard and cheese, a hearty and traditional dish that perfectly represents Bergamo’s rich culinary heritage.
