Wonderful Day Trip! - Tour guide and driver were very friendly. Francesca was very knowledgeable and shared many details we found both interesting and informative. The route we took was beautiful and the bus was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed a little free time in each location to explore on our own and eat lunch. Definitely recommend this trip!

Brilliant! - Fantastic day out from start to finish! Our guide Franziska was brilliant. So friendly and knowledgeable. Such a lovely lady. Our driver (couldn’t catch his name) was fantastic! The whole tour was well organised. Franziska made the whole group feel special and she took great care of us. Also enjoyed her walking tour.

Worth the time - I was hesitant about whether this trip would be worth the long day and winding mountain drives because I get motion sickness and I'm not great with heights. However, neither of those were problems and the mountain views were spectacular. There are also a lot of educational aspects about the historical significance of the area that is respectful to the victims of the Third Reich. It can be a bit heavy, but obviously important to remember. 10/10

Take a train on your own to visit - The Eagle’s Nest itself was interesting, but it was not clearly stated that there was nothing to do or see if we didn’t pay the 35€ ticket fee in addition to the trip fee of 75€. The ticket cost should have been added to the initial price because the bus trip was just that and I could have booked a train on my own for about half the cost. The guide was very confusing in her instructions when we got to the spot. She gave us multiple steps but not coherently, and most of us on the bus were confused as to where to go first, when to be at certain spots, whether we needed to go as a group or could go individually, etc.
