Great private tour - We highly enjoyed our morning at the Eagle’s Nest and Berchtesgaden. The tour was informative and relaxing. It is so much more than just the building with spectacular views and short hikes. Our guide also found out that we were interested in filming locations for Sound of Music and adjusted the itinerary to allow us to see some places before and after our visit to Obersalzberg. We saw many larger tours wandering around in giant packs and are so happy we chose something private.

- We had a fantastic experience on our private half-day tour to Eagle’s Nest with our guide, Johannes. Johannes was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared so much fascinating history and context that really brought the area to life, and he was happy to answer all our questions along the way. The Eagle's Nest and surrounding area certainly has a dark history - which he handled and spoke about with the appropriate level of solemnity.
The drive up was smooth and scenic, and the views from the top were absolutely stunning—truly unforgettable. This was one of our favorite excursions of the whole trip because the views were simply unreal.
It’s a unique and meaningful place to visit. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a deeper understanding of the site and a stress-free way to enjoy the beauty of the Bavarian Alps!

Excellent trip to Eagle’s nest - The trip is properly planned and scheduled with a good overview of the Eagle’s nest and the surrounding areas in Germany . The guide was friendly and informative. The cars are clean and comfortable. Would recommend this private tour if you can spend a little more.

Fantastic experience with Leopold! - Leopold picked us up from our hotel in Salzburg a few minutes early and from the moment we met him, we knew that we had the right guide for us!
Leopold shared a wealth of knowledge both about Salzburg and the specific tour interests, he listened and guided the information based on our interests and was extremely fun and exciting, he has a great sense of humour and has clearly been working with the eagles nest operator for some time, the smooth journey there, smooth experience getting into the tunnel and elevator, even the experience coming back down was fantastic.
If you’re looking to book this tour, I can wholeheartedly recommend Panorama and Leopold! Thank you for making our tour amazing and thanks for the meal recommendations, we thoroughly enjoyed it

Great Tour Guide - Thomas was a very knowledgeable tour guide about the subject matter as well as the way to get the best experience. He was very passionate about giving us his knowledge. We learned a lot about the area that we didn’t know before. This was not the guide’s fault but in the beginning it was a bit hard to hear him in the microphone, the sound equipment could benefit from upgrades. Thomas had educational resources available to show us how the area changed that was incredible to see.

Don’t miss this opportunity for a private tour of Eagle Nest. - Very informative. Our guide Richard took us on the backroads to Eagle Nest so we saw more of the beautiful countryside. Booking was easy and they were very punctual in picking us up in the morning. Highly recommend it.

Very interesting and fun tour with Leopold! - We had a private tour from a very friendly and enthusiastic tour guide named Leopold. He knew from A to Z all about the history of the Eagle's Nest. As he himself said: it is a walking library and can tell all kinds of things about the 1st & 2nd World War and the history of Salzburg in addition to the Eagle's Nest. I can recommend a tour with Leopold and if I go to Salzburg again I would book another tour with him:)
