Excellent sunrise hike to Mount Sibayak - We booked our sunrise Sibayak hike through Hendra of Berastagi Adventure. Hendra arranged our driver-Andy and guide - Jamil for our hike smoothly. The hotel we stayed in was wonderful and spacious with a forest vibe. We proceeded to Lake Toba after the hiking adventure. Andy stayed with us at the ferry port to make sure we got to Samosir safely and also drove us to the airport after our Lake Toba holiday. Berastagi Adventure is a trustworthy company and you can count on Hendra and his team.

Nice climbing. - It is so pleasant to be able to climb the mountain sibayak and guided by a great bg of adventure, a fun trip and getting a lot of information. Will visit back and use the tongues of the stunning adventure.

Great way to wake up - We had a great time with our guide Anggi who was very knowledgeable about the mountain and local culture. He even surprised with hot coffee at the summit. The hike is easy if your used to hiking though we also had some first timers who made it without too much struggle. The hot pools at the end are a beautiful way to finish and ask Anggi to take you to his favourite coffee shop.

Amazing - View was incredible and the hike wasn't too hard! The lake was empty at the time we went but it was still so worth it. The guide was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, definitely recommend!

More Than Just a Tour: A Cultural Insight - Absolutely amazing experience! Our private group of four was expertly guided by Konong, who went above and beyond – from lending us his powerful torch (we're using only the flashlights from our phones) and helping with carrying our belongings to sharing his snacks and home-grown coffee, all while keeping a watchful eye on us, ensuring our safety throughout. His humor and insights added so much to the journey. Our driver, Riski, was also fantastic, skillfully navigating the bumpy roads. An unexpected bonus was Konong's kind offer to show us his village after we finished the planned itinerary early. This glimpse into local life was a humbling and unforgettable experience. We felt privileged to be his first unofficial visitors to his village farm tour and wholeheartedly recommend this team for their exceptional service!

An amazing trek, highlight of our holiday! - What a fantastic experience, made by our wonderful guide Jamil. He knew so much about the mountain, surrounding volcanoes and jungle and was super friendly, informative and charismatic with great English. We had very good weather and were met with an amazing sunrise, plus a lovely cup of tea at the summit. After exploring the crater and sulphur vents we took a trip to the hot springs. Highly recommend this tour and Jamil!! Just a warning, some of the roads as you approach Mt. Sibayak are pretty ropey, but our driver kept us down the right path.

Experience of volcano - Our tour guide Anggi is amazing. He gave us a lot of knowledge about the volcano. The view up there is totally worth it. We started our journey at 4.30 and reached the top at 6. Have a cup of coffee on top of the high peak from the guide. Recommend to high peak because more peaceful and have more beautiful views. Can see Mt Sinabung from the top. Should try once in your lifetime. Totally worth it. Shout out to our tour guide ANGGI. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
