Amazing trekking of Sibayak and tour of Simosir - The hiking during the night of Sibayak is an amazing experience especially when you arrive on the top and the sunrise painting by beautiful colors the mountains around Sibayak. I had also 2D1N in Simosir Island at Toba Lake that allowed me to relax. Berestagi Adventure arranged all things in perfect mode: a good Driver, and well prepared guides. I recommended Hendra and his team for beautiful adventures!

Jamil; An excellent mountain guide - My experience with Jamil was amazing! He is knowledgeable and caring, I am 60 years old and he paced me along the way so I would not dropped far behind. He explain in detail Mt Sibayak history, formation and geography. He also shown me various sulphur craters, the properties of sulphur and demonstrated the blue flame on burning sulphur! An excellent guide that I strongly recommends.

Sunrise tour via Berastagi Adventure is a must when you are in Berastagi!! - With guide Jamil the Sunrise Tour done. However, the late (09.00) option chosen. What a super experience it was. Together with wife and one of my daughters we had booked this last minute. What a fantastic guy Jamil is!! In addition to knowing a lot about the environment, nature and culture, it is a guide with beautiful stories. If you are in Berastagi you should book this trip. Ask Hendra (of this organization) about availability of Jamil. You won't be disappointed. By the way, Hendra also communicates smoothly with you via whatsapp so that everything in that area also runs smoothly.

Excellent Company - We had a great time with Berastagi Adventure, Anggi and Hendra were very gracious hosts and it felt like we were with friends more than formal guides. Definitely would recommend them for trips in Berastagi especially hiking!

Good tour!! - Great tour with friendly guide. Really cool to go up an active volcano and visit the crater. Hot Spring and the waterfall also great to visit.

Amazing sunrise with a great view and Sumatran coffee - We had an amazing tour with our guide Anggi. We felt pretty safe and he could answer all of our questions and told us a lot about the area and the vulcanoes. We had an awesome view at the top and Anggi made us some coffee. As he realized that we are big coffee fans, he also took us to a nice coffee place in Berastagi after. Our morning could not have been any better. Highly recommended!

Truly Wonderful Local Experience - This is the best local tour contact you should go for. Anggi the experience mount Sibayak guide did a well explanation and guide us through to the top mountain. Hendra the organizer is very friendly and customized a wonderful private trip session for us, including coffee farm tour (a must visit !), Spiso-piso trip, Karo village visit and introduce us to local breakfast. No doubt, a 5 - star hospitality with local experience for tourists or couples ! For those who need English speaking guide, this is highly recommended.

Nice trekking with cool - It is a light trek except for the departure time (4am). We were lucky and therefore good weather. Beware that it is cold and therefore it is necessary to cover properly. The tour also included a relaxing bath in the hot springs. The guide Jony really prepared and caring throughout the entire route and subsequent activities. I recommend you ask for him. The used car comfortable and new and not the burglaries you see around. The road is very rough and therefore it is not an aesthetic judgment. Great Service and we also booked transportation to Medan Airport.
