a great experience - A really great experience. We were fetched by Tuck Tuck from our hotel and brought to a lovely villa, welcomed with a fine cup of tea. Once all participants arrived we got a hands-on introduction to the most important spices growing in the garden. Then class started in a very well prepared kitchen at the lake side with a wonderful view. The class itself was perfectly arranged, A perfect combination of introduction to ingredients and recipes and hands-on self experiences. Finally the jointly created menu was simply delicious. Highly recommendable.
