  Surrounded by ancient olive trees, Mas de Ondara is part of a family project that revives the oenological, agricultural, and cultural heritage of the Guadalest Valley through the restoration of four century-old farmhouses and their estates. The Vidal Balaguer family, who have resided in this valley for generations, rekindle their winemaking tradition, after a century of neglect, with the opening of the winery in Benimantell.
