Family fun - Went with the family with two teenagers. Great fun had by all, well worth the money.
We will definitely be back there next time in Benidorm

Really Impressed. - Itās just outstanding isnāt it.
Exactly what you want from a zoo, an amazing collection of animals and amazing information boards throughout.
The reptile collection in particular was incredible! So many very very very deadly species in one hallway, the black mamba in particular was a surprise!
Never seen one in person and in all honesty unless itās behind glass, I never want to again, that thing moved around its cage constantly at a high rate of speed, must be terrifying in person without the glass.
One of the best zooās I have visited.

A very enjoyable experience. - The kids had an amazing time at the zoo, I would visit again in a heart beat. Just be aware that there are a lot of potential extra costs, food is not cheap and the experiences also come with a large cost. I would also agree with other reviews regarding the elephants, they didnāt look particularly happy and just stood in a corner rocking.
The aqua park is brilliant, the kids had an awesome time. I would have happily spent the whole day there if we hadnāt got the dual ticket. Again, there is a host of added costs, such as sun beds and lockers. However I do like the option to rent inflatables so you donāt have to wait in the queueās for the slides, although they were not very long.
A very happy day had by all.

Fantastic place, up close and personal with animals - Weve been previously a few years before and absolutely loved it. Fantastic experience being able to get so up close to animals. Not like UK zoos with netting and far away, its glass so you can be right up next to the animals seeing them so clearly, especially tigers at feeding time a few years ago! šš
We were slightly more disappointed on our return in July 2023 as the timetables for animal feedings have been put online in an app, but the app would not work and there was no way to get a paper copy so we were constantly going from animal to animal hoping to see feedings and missing every single one of them. It was still an enjoyable day though and we are hoping to bring our Grandson this summer.

Definitely ONLY for families with young children - Went to both parks today starting with terra natura, it isn't the greatest of zoos to be honest, and pretty awkward to navigate around with the building work going on and it is very badly sign posted.Aqua natura is a decent water park, it is definitely more for younger children, as I'd say there's only about 7 slides in all and that is it, no lazy river,no wave pool,no jacuzzi pools etc. There's a big lagoon style pool, and a big kiddies pool,on the plus side it is small which would suit families with younger children, not as much walking. There's sea lions but no actual show
Just photos and vip meets etc. The worst thing about the park is it is so badly sign posted it was difficult to even find the way out. All in all it was an OK day out as it worked out at ā¬20 per person per park which wasn't bad. Probably wouldn't go back and would only recommend for families with young children.

Yeah....... - Unmissable visit.....
Yeah...
Really had the Impression that the zoo was poorly maintained....
I'll let you judge for yourself.
We took a ticket to both parks....
If this is the case remember to take your towels because you access from one park to another without leaving...
For the water park everything is done to pay ... repay and repay.... 5 euros here .... 5 euros this way....
Brief to do but don't expect the super two parks you could imagine....

As a child you enjoy yourself, as an adult not so much - Of the whole installation perhaps I would highlight the show with the birds, which is quite spectacular. The birds pass throughout the show brushing the heads of the spectators with their flight. It's very worth seeing so closely. The rest of the animals look as sad as any other zoo. As a child it is enjoyed, but as an adult not so much.

Not entirely happy - A pleasant day if it were not for the deception, so to speak, of the box office, because I asked if there were animals in both parks and the lady told me yes, and yes it is true, but in Aqua Natura, there is only the spectacle of the seals or sea lions, that is, 36 euros wasted. Thank goodness I askedā¦ā¦ā¦.
The toilets are very clean as are the restaurants.
In general, an expensive Pelin for the state of the park, it needs a little more investment.

Rude staff - They donāt tell you about aqua park closing times and they shut certain slides early too. They told my son he wasnāt aloud to go on the slides with an adult after he has already been on the slides multiple times. We got rushed off the water park when we were trying to get dried and dressed because they wanted to finish work. Zoo was decent.
