For first-time divers, we start from the shore to ensure comfort and safety.

10 minutes of theory (basic English, very straightforward and easy)
(For French speakers, we offer online theory in French via phone, plus 24 other languages) -
Maximum depth of 6 meters, beginning at 1 meter to help you acclimate and adjust to breathing.

The instructor will always support and assist you during the dive.

If any issues arise, the equipment inflates like a lifejacket, allowing you to float easily with your instructor.

- Begin with a brief 10-minute theory session, followed by a walk along the beach
- Spend 5 minutes getting accustomed to breathing and scuba gear, always holding hands with the instructor
- Once everything is in order, dive together to a depth of 5-6 meters
- Safely explore the underwater world and enjoy the adventure.
