Excellent pool day - Went to kusum a beach, old Belize. $10 per person each way from cruise terminal.$15 entry per person but provides sun beds, changing rooms, showers and toilet facilities. Very reasonable prices for food and drinks. Lagoon style pool with inflatables and water chute. Excellent day out .

Fun activity - Small beach but fun activities for the family. I would suggest arriving early when it opens as it gets packed later in the afternoon.

Good vibes, great food, & drinks! - This was a great beach with all amenities included FCFS at no extra cost lounge chairs, the hut-like umbrellas, floaties, large water slide, etc. The drinks and food specifically the pina colodas and chicken wings were AMAZING! Reasonably priced for everything. A live DJ is on site and there's a good vibe. The reason for the star deduction is it's a man-made beach at least it looks that way to me and as beautiful a country as Belize is I wanted to see natural beaches. Other than that it was a good experience and I just by would I do it again and I definitely would if for nothing else the drinks LOL

Good way to safely see Belize City - It was a bit chaotic in the morning. We were on time but it took 45 minutes before the excursion actually started. Dennis was very good at explaining history etc. He was very quick to pick us up when we called from the beach.

Wouldn’t recommend or do again. - This trip was not very good at all or maybe I was just expecting more. Kukumba Beach is not a beach at all. It is an inland area of water with a slide, and a few water activities. The sand is very rocky and cut my daughter’s feet making the rest of our trip only tolerable instead of good. The tour was laughable.

Not Good. Splash Agent tried to steer us to another person. - Last week on the day of my scheduled tour, I was greeted by Splash Wave representative who suggested that my group use the restroom before the tour. When I we returned shortly after, we were informed that the tour was "cancelled" but for a fee, we could take a private tour with another man who showed up. He had no credentials or indication that he was anything other than in on the scam. Stick with your Cruise Ship Tours! Belize is one of the murder capitals of the world and you should NOT enter an agreement with a private operator. This is dangerous. Shame on Splash Wave for promoting these dangerous situations.

Disappointed - I was told that my trip was canceled due to low participation. However, I WASN'T informed until I called the company. No one notified me! Time is important when traveling. An email, text or call would be optimal customer service.

Complete and utter rip off and waste of time. - We had a tendering issue with our cruise and we missed our excursion that we had planned for over one year. So that left us in port with nothing to do with the kids all day. There were several people holding signs advertising going to a beach. These people were all wearing pastel purple shirts and charged $40pp for adults and $35 for the kids. We did not know what else to do with the kids and thought that they might enjoy a beach day. We were promised a 15 minute bus ride and then be taken to a beach. It was in fact, a 45 minute bus ride to a POOL. We paid almost $200 to go to a pool! A complete and total rip off. We couldn't even see that it was a pool until our driver walked away and left us there. This puts a really bad taste in the mouth of people visiting and I have no interest in ever going back to that country.

Terrible - If I can give this a -100 I would. We ordered food by the swimming area and we didn't even get what we wanted and they even shorted us of what we ordered. We had to wait another 30 minutes in order to get the order they misses and even so it was not what we wanted. Bad food service at an expensive price. Drinks from the bar were on the spot though. No complains there. I will never order food from here again.

Don’t use this company!! - I would rate this -10 if I could!!!!! No Shows!! Didn’t call us to let us know! We walked all around the area they were supposed to pick us up for an HOUR!! We had locals calling to try and help us out, they never answered their phones!! Finally, a front desk person at our hotel, who said she knew someone who worked there, was able to contact someone at the tour company an hour after we were supposed to be picked up. They told her we were the only two people signed up that day, so they couldn’t do the trip!!! No communication whatsoever from them! Don’t spend your hard earned money with this outfit!!
