Nohoch Che’en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve - After arriving at the cave tubing nation park we get our gears then begin our short hike 25 minutes thru the jungle to the cave entrance for tubing. Once in the caves we will see natural formations of stalactites and stalagmites abs your guide will also explain about the relation if had with the ancient Mayan people too. Once we conclude our tubing we then head back to the parking lot to get changed in dry clothing.
Then we head over to the zipline adventure which is a 3 minutes drive away. There you will be meet by two zipline guides who will gear you up in your harness and helmets. You will be gone for about 40 minutes or more where you will be going on 6 to 7 different lines soaring thru the canopy of the jungle. Also zipping over the same river that your were floating on thru your cave tubing experience and fun. There will be a 5 minutes hike to your first platform then your fun begins. Make sure to bring your cameras or cell phone on each of the activities so as to get lots of pictures to share. We may or may not see lots of wildlife so just keep on looking as we hike.
Then we head back to our beginning pick up location. This will be lots of fun.

- Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- All persons must be at least 40 inches tall to participate in the cave tubing adventure
- All persons must not exceed a 48-inch waist size to participate in the zip-line adventure
- The cave tubing hike is about a mile on a flat nature trail and you float back down through the caves and open river
- There are short hikes between the platforms for the zip-lining to go to a higher platform
- Van/bus for travel also acts as the locker for all dry clothing, etc.
- Guest coming off a cruise ship must meet us out side of terminal one as soon as possible after ship docks and we use ship time and not local time to meet.

If you are staying in Ambergris Caye or Caye Caulker island please catch the 6 am ferry over to Belize city and we will pick up at the water taxi terminal. You can also take the domestic airline over to Belize city or BZE airport.

Above and beyond - We booked the cave tubing/zip lining excursion and were excited, but quickly knew we may be in trouble when our cruise lines tender experience was super slow. We didn’t arrive until an hour and a half after we should have met our group. We were forced to purchase Wi-Fi for a day, just to communicate with our Viator contact, Dennis.
To make a long story shorter, Dennis had to send the other members of the tour ahead, but waited for us!
We joined another group so there were 12 of us who were in the same situation in starting late for this excursion. The drive was a bit long but not much you can do about that. Dennis Sr sent us with his son DJ who was a great guide. He and Manuel took us on a great cave tubing experience, but once we got done and we’re changing for zip lining, the groups mutual consensus was not to do zip lining because it was almost 2 pm and the last tender was 4 pm with an hour drive back. DJ was flexible and willing to do what we wanted.
We got to enjoy some delicious chicken tamales on the drive back.

Amazing adventure through the caves - DJ was amazing! He was kind, knowledgeable and super fun! We can’t wait to book our next tour with him. Really went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience possible.

Super Professional - The communication was impeccable and extremely prompt mitigating all the concerns we had before the adventure. Furthermore, Dennis Jr was a fantastic guide who took care of every need we had between a 5 member family. It was by far the best run operation of the four ports we visited.

A must see! - Dennis Jr was our guide for the tour today. He was funny and made the trip amazing. Also so knowledgeable about the country, the plants, animals, jungle and caves. He even went the extra mile to let us swim in a cenote and swim in some of the caves. Well worth the money and the authentic Belizean tamales were so good!!

Lovely day of family fun - We had a lovely day doing cave tubing and zip lining with Dennis Jr. & Mr. Brown. They guides were punctual, informative, and very nice and accommodating to each member of our group. The tamale lunch was delicious also. It was unbelizeable! Highly recommend 😄

Brown sugar for the win! - We had a 4 person tour with Clarence Brown (aka Brown Sugar) who was friendly, hard working, and full of facts/humor.
The hike to the tubing wasn't strenuous, and we learned about local plants and animals on the way. The tubing experience was very relaxing and fun, with a running commentary by Brown Sugar regarding the geological formations, mayan history, and life within the caves and around the river.
The zip lining was filled with adrenaline, and we felt safe with our guides Brian and Portfilio.
Overall this experience was what I would consider a "must book"

There's a reason they are number one on Trip Advisor!!! - Look no further. You've found the best! Caveman and his crew are first rate, professional, fun, energetic and extremely informative. Caveman gave us a wonderful intro before turning us over to Capt Chris and his first mate Julian (not that they were ever referred to as that). Chris is an amazing guy. And Caveman can pick the top guys on the Cayes because his company is at the top! I deduced this towards the end of the tour after quizzing Chris about his background, which is extensive. We did a half day tour which was enough for our group, and we loved it. As I told Chris at the end, there aren't enough attaboys given in this world, so when it is deserved I'm first in line to give credit where credit is due. Seriously, look no further. Spend your time on other aspects of planning your trip! This one is a no brainer.
