Amazing! - The museum is everything you would expect it to be. The exhibits on show and the way the museum is set out gives you a true perspective of what day to day life was like for the average person living and working on the Docks. The interactive screens are amazing and give you an insight into individual stories of some of the passengers and crew. Truly amazing.

Titanic tour- the museum and the distillery! - The museum is amazing! Our guide Petra was key, as she added so much that a self guided tour might have missed. The distillery is relatively new with a neat backstory and hopeful future!

Awesome time in Belfast - Titanic - It is definitely an ‘experience’ more than a museum. VERY well done! Whiskey - Fun tour included history of unique building and tasting. Our guide for both, Petra, was wonderful. She’s knowledgeable and thoughtful and made sure we received the best tours possible. No rushing and some extra stops too!

Highly recommend - Lovely tour of the Titanic Museum and Petra made it an experience rather than a visit! Interesting information from the distillery and the “samples” were delicious! A perfect day!

The Titanic Was Built in Belfast. - This museum covers the history of ship building in Belfast and of the construction and sinking of the Titanic in detail. The museum is relatively new and uses a variety of media to explain the history. You can easily devote 2-3 hours to your visit.

Overcrowded Chaos - Too crowded to get the full experience of the museum. Staff seemed disinterested and disorganized. We had pre purchased our tickets as we were warned that it was a popular attraction. I assumed this meant that once capacity was reached, some unfortunate people would be denied access. That was an incorrect assumption. It was uncomfortable full. Staff were unable to direct us to where we were to pick up our pre purchased headsets and sent us up and down the levels twice in their confusion. One staff was so busy talking to his colleague he didn’t even look at us when we spoke to him and answered us. Overall the museum was well done. I just wish we could have enjoyed it more.

Disappointing Experience - Went here on a trip from a cruise ship docked in Belfast on Saturday 14th June. Obviously the date and time of arrival (around 11.00am) were not controlled by us. Nor was the weather which was torrential rain. On entering the building we were handed the electronic devices to hear commentary. As soon as we entered the displays our devices stopped working (along with several others around us) and no-one then to assist. I have never experienced so many people in one area at a time. It was impossible to move forward and people were still entering behind us. We persevered on that floor for a while until it became impossible to see or get near the exhibits and finally gave up and exited the way we had entered. Obviously we saw very little and I explained this to the young lady when handing back the devices and asked if there was a limit to how many persons were admitted at any one time. She just shrugged and walked way. So disappointed with this Museum as have heard good reports from others. I just feel there is a Health & Safety problem here if numbers are not restricted.
