Nothing short of inspiring - Experience is absolutely the right name for this fascinating trip through history. It’s more than a museum it tells a story and immerses you in it from the ships inception and design and its build through to its ultimate sinking and changes that were consequently made to safety and future expeditions to find Titanic at its final resting place on the sea bed. I have seen a few documentaries about Titanic and attempted to try to watch Titanic Inc on History Channel but it felt like ship brokers granted rights to the ship and any artefacts and not education that gives back to the people ( turns my stomach to be honest ). So please avoid anything Titanic Inc related and instead find the real story of the ship builders, visit the docks, see another restored ship liner. I defy you not to be moved to tears at the end of the experience it’s nothing short of moving. I also recommend supporting this fantastic tourism spot in support of the local economy and communities of Ireland which, in turn has ploughed significant amounts of Heritage Lottery Funding into something that will benefit visitors and the people of Belfast. If you love history or you are only slightly intrigued please visit you won’t regret it

A must do attraction if visiting Belfast - Really worth visiting. So well thought out. Builds really well from the very beginnings of Belfast docks through to the fateful night and what happened after. So many little details people aren't aware of. Atmospheric and immersive. We spent 4.5 hours here in total including lunch to make the most of all the information on offer and also went to SS Nomadic which was an nice little addition included. Being from Southampton added an extra layer for us as so many lost were from our City. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful museum - Don't miss in Belfast. Super impressive and beautifully made museum. Were quiet and moved from it after our visit. Pretty pricey but definitely worth it.

Great experience need at least 2 hours - Great experience they have lifts to access each floor, there is lots to see and a lot of information to absorb but really interesting, the gift shop is overpriced.

Interesting - Very interesting tour which tells you just how massive this bit of ship building really was. Lots of detail & excellent information. Thought it was a tad pricey though.

Nice day out - Interesting experience. Bit boring to start with but as it progressed, there were so many things to see. We spent 2 1/2 hours. Plenty of parking, not so busy when we went there. It can easily be a whole day trip with the nearby Nomadic.

BEWARE, if you have luggage and want a coffee in a ceramic cup! - £24.95 is very steep of an entry fee price. I was with my friend from London who said it was expensive compared to London which would be cheaper for attractions - tells you all you need to know I think- a money making scheme. As others have said even though they’ve staggered the booking times- it’s too crowded. My friend and I had luggage and so we were told to put the luggage in the downstairs lockers. I put £1 in the locker and then couldn’t lock it. There was a lot of staff walking in and around the lockers area and not one of them could help with the locker situation. Finally, got a security guard when we were told, the lockers are SINGLE USE only and that the £1 are kept by the finance team. The locker we had the number had come off the locker and some of the rest of them had the numbers off them too. So, not only do they keep your £1, they can’t maintain the locker area, so that the lockers have numbers - no attention to detail and carelessness. We shouldn’t have had to remember our locker was below number 19!! After paying £24.95 it should’ve included the £1 of a locker fee. When we’d finished the exhibition we went for coffee only to be served in paper cups and plates!! They could do better. As I say for the extortionate ticket price they can’t afford to buy ceramic plates and cups. All in all I would not recommend this as an experience.
