The Best Museum Experience You Will Ever Have! - The Titanic Experience/Museum is simply outstanding. Personally, I can sometimes get a bit tired of ‘museum’ type experiences. However, this was never the case here. The Titanic Experience is full of the most interesting and interactive displays, you are likely ever to see. It even includes a ride deep into the bowels of the Titanic, to experience the life and conditions of workers who put the ship together.
If you are in Belfast, this is a MUST visit!

Great day out - Did the white star experience with my friend and god daughter. Early flight from Gatwick a couple of bus rides and we were there. Our tour guide Pip was fab, friendly , informative and great fun. He went above and beyond to make sure it was an enjoyable tour. We then spent a good few hours exploring the exhibition. Made even more special by seeing my relatives name come up on the survivors list. Millvena Dean a distant aunt was the youngest survivor only 9 weeks old and the last survivor to pass away.
All in all it was a fantastic day , the white star experience well worth the money as you get head sets, a gift and book to take home, 15% off purchases and the guided tour as well as the main exhibition and a visit to the Nomadic. All this and we were back at Gatwick before 10pm.

Excellent, well worth a visit. - This place is a must visit if spending a few days in Belfast, on the docks very close the indoor arena. I had a taxi from my hotel the Holiday Inn at a cost of £9 but walked it back as it was a lovely day and so many people were walking to and from the city centre.
A lot of exhibits on display which are on loan from private owners, the models of the ship and the displays of the cabins onboard are excellent.
One member of staff stationed over looking the shipyard where Titanic was built is a credit to the exhibition, her knowledge is second to none, she spent a good while telling me the history and answering all of my questions, sadly I can't recall her name but thank you again.
It was nice to walk around at my own leisure.
Well done to all involved.

Informative, easy to navigate and insightful! - The first thing we did when we arrived in Belfast was to visit the Titanic museum. We were very impressed that there were secure lockers downstairs to keep our belongings safe as we weren’t able to check into our accommodation until later that day. The lockers were easy to find and use. We thoroughly enjoyed going round the museum and learnt a lot as we went. The headsets were very useful and easy to use. The ride was out of order when we visited, this was the only thing that we feel we missed out on but the rest of the tour made up for it. A very insightful experience that we would definitely recommend visiting! 😁

WORTH EVERY MOMENT! - If you’re fascinated by the Titanic… this IS the place to go!
If you buy the “ The White Star Line Premium Pass” which is what we paid for, it gets you the guided tour
A Special shout to our guide ‘Gaby’!
She knew everything about the Titanic and more! She was so passionate about it, and being from Belfast all her life, she made the tour feel even more special to be in her home City!
So BIG shout out to her! (Hope this gets passed on!)
You’re given a tour around the grounds, old offices (via Titanic Hotel) and the old slipways where the Titanic and Olympic were built marked out at the rear of the building.
The White Star Line Premium Pass also gets you into the “Titanic Experience” where you are walking through its story and get mesmerised by it all!
We were gobsmacked how good this was!
And it gets you a £10 voucher to either use in one of their 2 cafes or you can use it in the Titanic gift shop.
Oh and finally that ticket also gets you access onto the only surviving White Star Line vessel which is standing adjacent to the building… SS Nomadic.
A very pretty ship with an interesting history and its connection to the Titanic.
The White Starline Premium Pass is £51.50 per adult (2025 price)… which now looking back was really great value!!
I recommend you need to spare max 5 hours for all this as it took us 1hr 15 mins for the guided tour, then we spent a good 1hr 15 mins for the Titanic Experience, with a bite to eat, board the SS Nomandic and then just genuinely have a walk round yourself.. time easily escapes from you!
I FULLY recommend this to any Titanic buff and also to anyone who wants to learn the history and be blown away!!

Nothing short of inspiring - Experience is absolutely the right name for this fascinating trip through history. It’s more than a museum it tells a story and immerses you in it from the ships inception and design and its build through to its ultimate sinking and changes that were consequently made to safety and future expeditions to find Titanic at its final resting place on the sea bed. I have seen a few documentaries about Titanic and attempted to try to watch Titanic Inc on History Channel but it felt like ship brokers granted rights to the ship and any artefacts and not education that gives back to the people ( turns my stomach to be honest ). So please avoid anything Titanic Inc related and instead find the real story of the ship builders, visit the docks, see another restored ship liner. I defy you not to be moved to tears at the end of the experience it’s nothing short of moving. I also recommend supporting this fantastic tourism spot in support of the local economy and communities of Ireland which, in turn has ploughed significant amounts of Heritage Lottery Funding into something that will benefit visitors and the people of Belfast. If you love history or you are only slightly intrigued please visit you won’t regret it

Good experience, ruined by primary school trips - The experience itself is absolutely astounding - the facts, items on show and displays are incredible and induce goosebumps.
The only let down for me was we went during mid day, and there was a large group of primary school kids on a trip. Unfortunately during the most sensitive part of the museum, about the deaths of those involved, the kids were running around and screaming, I presume on some form of 10 minute break. Here they were also leaning on the glass of some of the timeless pieces and playing games around the memorial wall - staff who were touring the kids were chatting to the teachers rather than telling them to focus on the sensitivity of the area they were in. In my opinion they were too young. This was a distracting part of our trip and meant that the areas that should’ve been respected, weren’t with little focus from us as it was very distracting,
Other than that the museum was excellent.

Big dud - I really was looking forward to this exhibit but regretted going.
It was very crowded so we could not hear the displays
The interactive ride had a forty minute wait so we skipped it
The first few floors are boring
The top couple floors were interesting
The whole place was way too loud and dark
