100% would book again! - Beautiful views along the coast, saw a few castles, the Dark hedges and giant causeway was the main attractions! Got discount vouchers for food and the gift shop at the dark hedges. Marty the tour guide and driver was so knowledgeable and super friendly and made us all laugh! 100% would book again!

Fabulous excursion with great commentary - Lindsay our coach diver and our knowledgeable expert explaining things in a humorous way made our excursion that much more enjoyable. We had just about enough time at each stop and the value for this trip was fantastic. Thank you Allen tours for a great trip.

Belfast excursion - Our driver was very informative. The distillery was not worth going. Would prefer more time at castle. The Giant’s causeway was absolutely wonderful! Long hike to it but well worth it.

Very impressive - Great experience to see these raised stone slabs, explore them and also take photos on them in memory.

Cheap Day Tour - On the whole, this is a good day tour which covers off a lot of the sights in the north of Northern Island. However, it feels the vast majority of it is about trying to sell things to the guests. At the Dark Hedges, there was a bit emphasis and time provided to get lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was a very expensive buffet, despite the tour discount. There is also a stop at a whiskey distillery, but only time to visit the shop. I imagine the commissions the tour company get from these is why they can offer the tour for a relatively low price. The driver was a good guide and gave a good commentary of the drive north along the coast. Unfortunately it was a very cloudy day and we couldn't see much but that couldn't be helped. The tour did overrun and we arrived back into Belfast around 7pm. This is mainly because other guests did not return to the bus at the time requested. Although this couldn't be helped, I would've like to see the driver follow through on his threats to leave people behind. 15 minutes late is rude to everyone else. Final note is that the bus seemed like on the verge of breaking down. When stopped, I'm not sure but it seemed like it struggled to engage gear and jerked around. I feared we would become stranded but made it back fortunately. I wouldn't do this tour again personally, but if you're only in Northern Island for a short time and want to see all the sights it is probably a good way of ticking things off. I would likely look for a tour for just the Giant's Causeway as that was my main reason for joining.

Good tour 😄 - Good value for money. The coach driver was also brilliant 👏 👌 loved the locations we went to, however would have preferred to have got to the giants causeway sooner and had fewer stops. For example, if we didn't go to the whisky distillery. Sadly the coach did not have decent AC and it got to 27 degrees on our tour so that was less than ideal.

Be very careful using Viator! - Viator's tour descriptions miss vital pieces of information, for example, return time. In other countries they're using local subcontractors, and if you're running into a problem, they refer you to them. Good luck trying to resolve your issue with a tour operator in a foreign country. Viator's customer service is terrible.

Poor from Allen’s Tours, but the Causeway was great - Giants Causeway was excellent and Kevin the driver/guide did his best, but this was riddled with issues. First off the old grotty bus we were taken in had no air con and no toilet, which for a long day was not good enough. Seats were faulty and the microphone Kevin was using kept cutting out so he was constantly having to fix it. Really poor from the operator. Then there was the itinerary which was too much for the time we had and poorly thought out. For example an hour for the dark hedges and only 17 minutes for Bushmills. Something to do with deal being done for stopping for lunch at dark hedges hotel, but that could have been done at Bushmills and allowed time there for food and a good look around, rather than the trip to the shop, which was all we had time for.

No AC HOT as h.. - Imagine bus without any Windows opening and no AC. AVOID. Also not enough time to see interesting stuff but suprisingly plenty at "gift shops".

Super hot bus ride - Marty was a great tour guide. Honestly he was just about the only thing great about this tour. The bus has zero AC. We were all extremely hot to the point that we didn’t want to get back on the bus at each stop.
