Fantastic Tour! - Jim was a brilliant tour guide that picked us up on time and explained each mural clearly and respectfully - would strongly recommend Xplore guides to anyone!

black cab tour of belfast. - last week we visited belfast and decided to see the famous murals by black cab, i remember the troubles from the english news, whilst my girlfriend from mauritius, knew nothing about those times. our driver was very knowledgable about this subject his name was shaun mc, he picked us up at our hotel, and took us to the peace gardens, and showed us the huge walls, that separate the two communities. he was very amiable i can recommend this man.

Black cab mural.tour - Joe was an amazing tour guide. His first hand knowledge of The Troubles was second to none. This tour will open your eyes to The Troubles as seen through both sides with pain and suffering from both. A tour well worth the time and money, if your in Belfast this is a must see.

Great! - This tour was everything we hoped it would be. Jim took us out in his cab, he picked us up at the collection pick up on time, he was friendly, professional and knowledgable, it was great to learn first hand the history of times gone by, Jim tells the stories of the murals with honestly and sadness I found it very emotional in places .We would totally recommend touring the murals this way, this tour is value for money and you won’t get one to one service or knowledge like it thank you Jim for a great tour.

Belfast with Jim - We did the Belfast murals Taxi tour last weekend with Jim. We initially picked this because it was good value for money and stopped off at all the places we wanted to see. We were not disappointed. Jim was very friendly,knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to get a good insight into Belfast.

Essential Belfast. - This was an incredible experience spent with someone who has lived through the troubles first hand. Moving and even emotional at times be prepared to perhaps challenge any pre-conceptions you may not even realise you have. Our guide completed the tour with a balance of both humour and respect and with an insight and honesty you can only have if you have actually lived it. We felt this was a must do in Belfast and are grateful to our guide for his handling of what must be at times a difficult subject. So much more than a simple tour of The Murals this is absolutely essential Belfast for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the turbulent past and gain a better understanding of the Cities recent history and hope for the future.

DIDN'T TURN UP FOR US!!!! - Didn't turn up at our pick up point, no way of contacting them other than email. I was on the phone for over half an hour with Viator and had to fight to get my money back. Viator said they would put in a refund request and it would take 5-7 working days to get back to my account IF the tour company agreed to the refund. I insisted I was not leaving the phone call until I had received my full refund, my contract was with Viator NOT the tour company. It was only when I asked to speak with the supervisor that I managed to get a resolution. Booked one through the local tourist office which was £20 cheaper!!!!! Great experience with them.
