The best of Belfast with a hint of humour - Our driver guide, Catherine, was knowledgeable, entertaining and extremely funny. She took us through the 19 stops in a lively and husky voice (due to too much talking-she said) we learnt a great deal and have a wonderful day in our first trip to Belfast - Highly recommended

Great way to see the city! - Great way to experience the city and get your bearings, including good narration by the driver. Dropped us off right across from the Titanic Museum for our tour.

They've done it again. Fab experience!!! - As always city sightseeing tours have done it again. We had a fab time doing the hop on hop off in Belfast. One of the drivers who sold us out tickets was telling us the best things to see and when to get off. He wasn't wrong!!! Would highly recommend stop 18 at Crumlin Road Gaol. Sadly there is another tour group bus just started up using the same colours that looks just like citysightseeing, who aren't doing a very good tour and people are getting mixed up and thinking it's Belfast citysightseeing hop on hop off when it's not and they are getting some bad reviews as result. Just a heads up to make sure you use Belfast citysightseeing Hop on hop off to get the best experience and not the other crowd with a similar name and same colour scheme. It's not fair on these lads to get bad reviews when it's the wrong hop on hop off company people are getting confused with.

Great tour around the main sights. - Bank Holiday Monday, we took the bus with driver Dillon and the female (sorry, I forgot the name, I know it was Kate if it was a rubbish tour! ;) We stayed on for the whole tour from City Hall and returned there. It was a great tour, very informative and it was nice to have a real talking guide. It was our first visit to Belfast and we thought the city was amazing! So much so, we did the tour in the afternoon, which was good, but the sound was scratchy and not very loud, the driver was doing the tour and we couldn't really hear much, but we loved the drive around. We felt we got our money's worth and enjoyed it. It was £20 each and the last bus is quite early at 4.30pm.

I wouldn't do it again - Know that if on a cruise, ( and despite the fact that they drive to the cruise terminal) you cant get on/off there if u buy thru viator). Have tp pay 60percent surcharge to boat. Some of the "stops" are unmarked and hard to find. Some buses have a narrator and some dont. One driver seemed distracted by having to slso talk. Accents sometimes challenging.

Not worth the money - This bus trip was not worth the money. The voice over was all out of sync. We sat upstairs and when wanting to stop rang the bell as been instructed. The bus did not stop at our most wanted sight, when we mentioned it to the driver he advised the bell did not work. His attitude too was one of I could not care less. very disappointed

Dreadful and waste of money. You see nothing - Buses were packed, stuck on a seat facing backwards looking at metal panel whole time. Couldn’t see out of any windows. Many people standing so insufficient buses on despite two sitting empty at titanic and at St George’s market. Went to complain at stop one and they could not have been more disinterested, or argumentative. Don’t waste your money, pointless trip!
