Amazing - Amazing experience well worth it! Definitely must do the mud baths and the massage therapists are very knowledgeable.

It was recommended by a... - It was recommended by a tour guide as a must do activity. I think it should be an activity included to a visit to Turkey. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The locale was very authentic and well decorated. It was clean and prepared to satisfy our needs. Bring or wear a bathing suit and maybe shower shoes. The Sauna and the steam room were a first experience for us. The relaxing massage was pleasant and well done. Might suggest do some research about the benefits and cost of a medical massage that they made available as an option. I was not prepared for that, but I think it was reasonably priced.

Fantastic Experience - Great experience. Salt room, sauna, steam room, Hammam, 20-minute FANTASTIC massage & mud bath. Me and my mum had a lovely time. We were well looked after and the treatments weren’t rushed as some of the reviews said. Yes, they want to sell an additional treatments but not in a rude, pushy manner. You can just easily decline it.
We upgraded using some kind of coconut peeling during the Hammam and it was well worth it!
The transport arrived on time and took us back safely and quick.
Book it! And you won’t regret it… especially for that price.
PS: I recommend wearing either bikini or just underwear instead of a swimsuit x

Ok place but hard selling while you are there - Ok place but not the most welcoming. From when you arrive you are directed where to go in a brusque manner, no smiles or welcome given. It felt like we were in a conveyor belt. A drink on arrival would have been nice. While getting the brief Turkish bath done a lady came into us and firmly said “extra scrub 20€each”. They have perfected the art of throwing extra costs at you when you are most vulnerable. After the bath which was very short and rushed we went up for the massage which is excellent. When it was over a lady again comes in and said you need medical treatment massage 80€. The massage is very good and worth paying extra for but again the hard sell. The kids were looked after while we had the massage. This place could be excellent with more transparency and a nicer gentler approach to its customers. The overall feeling is that they are out to get as much money off you as possible from the minute you walk in the door.

Ok, but too much up-sell - Mixed views about this place. Whilst I enjoyed the experience to an extent, the up-sell from the get go was a bit off-putting. You are immediately informed about all the extras available, and are prompted continually to buy more as you proceed through the spa experience, starting straight after the sauna which is first. Within minutes of starting the bath, I was informed I should have the upgraded one, which made this less than relaxing, and then again, within minutes of the massage I was greeted by a Russian lady who informed me I needed additional medical massage, again, this made the massage less than relaxing. It's none stop, even during the mud bath where they try to sell you photos! Also, given everyone is picked up from different hotels, if anyone in your group opts for an additional service, you are likely to be waiting around for them to finish. I think they should stick with informing you of the additional services at the start and then leave it at that, since the whole point of this experience is to relax, and the pushy selling of additional extras prevents this, so it's counter productive.

Be prepared to spend lots more money. - Not happy with the manager walking in during the massage to sell another massage while I was still on the couch virtually naked. The lady at reception needs to learn people skills. No pleasant greeting. Did not smile once. Did not appreciate the forced photo session dresses in some Arabian cloak then sold to us at an extortionate price. I went for a massage, not to a photo shoot. If other people on your transfer bus choose longer packages you will be kept waiting till everyone has finished for the return bus.

Touristtrap massage-factory - Upsell touristtrap. Don't go! They will try to scam you and take your money with the least possible effort. Very bad service

Never again, just gruesome - Never again
Even the entrance area was not inviting and, although it was freezing, was used as a relaxation room. After changing, we were put in a room like a commodity. After 5 minutes of introduction, where they were already eager to book something extra, we were pushed into a room with salt on the floor. Some waited there for 20 minutes, others for 2 minutes, depending on how the arrogant employee assigned you to go to the sauna. Again totally different times, depending on your mood... immediately without rest, he ordered us to the steam bath afterwards. That was so gruesome, that indefinable muck alone. You couldn't see 10 cm. Can't stand 2 minutes....
Then we were shoved into the hammam, we were doused with water, placed on a cold stone table and washed, foamed and rinsed. The whole thing took about 3 minutes.
From there, we were pushed out,
into the freezing lounge, where we waited freezing again. Individually we went to the massage. The only good thing about the whole application was very pleasant and lasted 20 minutes, 10 minutes per side and was professional and beneficial. Afterwards, we could have sat outside in rain and 10 degrees in an ice-cold mud bath used by all guests (in a compartment of an old pool), but the employee was almost too cold, or too comfortable to show us. After a lot of persuasion, we made it. To visit this mud hole, in the dark without light
The rest was sheer stress and a very seaside arrogant leadership of the entire stay.
We had to go home to the shower immediately after the procedure.
We have been to Turkey before and know what a fine, clean and enjoyable hammam is, this time we saw the complete opposite.

Touristtrap massage-factory - We've been to places like this before, so we knew to expect some upselling. However, their preferred method for it is quite despicable.
First the touroperator tried to push our reservation from 4 PM to 1 PM. Which is kinda strange, since we picked that time for a reason.
Transport was great. Comfortable, right on time with a friendly driver. Defenitely worth paying for.
There were only tourists inside, which already is an indication that it isn't very appealing to locals.
We had an intake where the extra's were briefly mentioned, so we knew what to expect. Again, no problem. We knew $40 wasn't gonna be enough for a full 3 hour treatment.
Then we could change and go to the wellness-part. It all felt nice and chill, until we were rushed around the premise. We couldnt stay in the saltroom, steamroom and sauna for as long as we wantes, because someone came to tell us each time we had to move (quite rude)
And why the rush? Well.. Because it's basically a massage-factory that wants to (up)sell you extra services.
The massage was decent, but not special. The masseuses from Indonesia were friendly didnt really speak any English.
After that we got "pitched" for the €20 extra facemask. Sure. But the problem is they had just scrubbed us and splashed us with water, and while we were laying facedown, which is a 100% psychologial salestechnique, they offered us this extra service. Pretty scummy, since we would have said yes anyway.
Then we were lead up the stairs for the massage. Decent room. Decent massage. Again a masseuse who didnt speak any English. But after 25 minutes she left and the came the woman who did the intake stating; "She mentioned that she felt some tension in your back, she can give you an extra medical massage for €30". I'm pretty sure this trick gets offered to 100% of the clientele, which is fine, but again the offer came while I just got out of a massage, laying facedown in the dark. The worst physical position to refuse or negotiate. I told the lady that I didnt appreciate this technique, after which she replied that she didnt understand me and left angry. Funny since she was fully capable of speaking English during the intake. I took the massage out of pitty for the masseuse. After that was done we were hushed out to the mudbath outside. Which is an absolute joke with 0 guidance. Very much below par compared to the rest of the facility. But apparently they dont care since the already did their upsale-part.
After 30 minutes we went to the changingroom, and never saw our "host" again. I tried to make a complaint at the receptiondesk, but she did not know what either "a complaint" or "speaking to a manager' were. After we paid she told us that we would have to go back inside if we wanted to complain, but then the driver came up to us that our shuttle was leaving, and since we just wanted to leave and didnt really want to make another big fuss in a foreign country, we decided to leave and contact the touroperator, which has not responded since.

Rip-off! Don't book! - An "employee" contacted us via WhatsApp the day before the appointment. The appointment was postponed at short notice due to water damage. On the day itself, we were not picked up from the hotel as agreed. Suddenly, there was more response to calls or WhatsApp messages.
