Amazing day layover in Taipei! - I had the most amazing whole day layover hiking Mt. Qixing! My tour guide Steven was on time to pick me up (actually I was late because I got lost in the Taipei Main Station😅) and super knowledgeable about everything and anything we talked about. He took me to this local chicken restaurant after the hike and it was very delicious! I have t been back to Taiwan for a while and having a local guide really helped me navigating through the city. He was very dedicated and def made my day extra special & enjoyable. Thank you so much, Steven!

Nature lovers tour - Jimmy was our tour guide for this amazing experience. It started when he contacted me a few days before the tour to introduce himself. Also after I booked the reservation, I was given accurate information regarding our vehicle of choice, which was luxury. Jimmy contacted us shortly before the tour to inform us he was waiting in our hotel lobby. After brief introductions, my husband and I were on our way to an amazing day. First, he explained everything he had planned for us on the “Volcano Tour”, and he made sure we were okay with everything. Then we were off! Along the way to Yangminshan Park, we had the pleasure of learning a wealth of information from Jimmy about the history of Taiwan. He also pointed out various locations of interest along the way. The volcano tour included several natural places of interest (including the flower clock and Qingtiangang Grassland). At each stop he offered to take pictures with our camera and his (he shared these at the end). More importantly, he spoke of the history of the place as we walked together for a few moments, then he left us to explore at our own pace. Jimmy was always considerate and respectful towards us the entire time. He drove through a farming village in the mountains, and took us to an “open air” shop along the narrow road. The kind lady there knew Jimmy, and she let us try samples of some of her goods… tea, nuts, rice, etc. Jimmy bought several items from her, and we had a bag of peanut brittle to take back to our hotel. One final stop we had was to see the changing of the guards in the city on the way back to our hotel. Our tour was well planned, very informative, and quite exciting! We particularly appreciated being in nature and interacting with the local residents. You should put this tour on your “to do” list.

Beautiful Tour - We had a amazing time. Our tour guide Chiao Chiao was awesome!. I highly recommend her for your tour guide whenever your in Taiwan!

Excellent tour of Yanming Mountain - We loved our tour of Yanmingshan with James. We chose a very early pick up time and did not regret it as we had so many of the locations to ourselves for the bulk of our tour. James was very patient with us wanting to walk slowly and told us a great deal of the cultural history of Taiwan in between the stops we had. When we got to the sulfur crater, we had it mostly to ourselves! Due to the recent earthquake, we were unable to see the Suspension Bridge, but James substituted a milk pond and a quick detour to see the water buffalo grazing before taking us down to Yehliu Geopark to end our day checking out the lava trails and volcanic rock formations.

5 stars! - I highly recommend Jimmy as a guide for the "Private Yangmingshan Volcano" tour in Taiwan. His extensive knowledge of the area and its history made the tour incredibly informative and engaging. Jimmy’s patience and attention to detail ensured that everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. He is also an experienced and careful driver, which made the journey smooth and safe. Additionally, Jimmy's generosity and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the tour, making it even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking for an exceptional travel experience.

Greatly half-day trip! - Vincent was such an accommodating and patient guide - we expressed interest in a hike and we took us on a very strenuous hike to the highest peak of Yangmingshan followed by visits to other main beautiful places within the park.

Exceptional service - Seeing the volcano tour which was amazing. And the tour to see the buffaloes and the Keelung Harbor.

Knowledgeable guide, excellent service - We had to arrange pickup from residential area in New Taipei City and this was easily arranged, with additional fee of NTD 600, which was not an issue for us since we stayed quite far from Taipei city. Our tour guide, Vincent Chen, was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The car was very clean, and we each were given a bottle of mineral water. He also knows the nice spots to take pictures. Overall, very nice experience. Excellent service.
