  Byblos is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world — the city whose Phoenician script gave the world its alphabet and whose name inspired the word Bible. The 12th-century Crusader castle is constructed from recycled Phoenician and Roman stone. Inside, discover Neolithic foundations from 5000 BC, Bronze Age temples, Phoenician royal tombs, and Roman streets. The driver will provide key historical insights at the entrance, allowing for a self-paced exploration of the site.
• Old Souk - Byblos Old Souk & fishing port
  Stroll through stone-paved lanes with jewelry workshops, antique dealers, and cafés, then head down to the ancient fishing harbor where wooden boats rest against medieval walls and the open sea. This is the most picturesque corner of Byblos and a natural conclusion to the day.
• Byblos - Lunch in Byblos — optional
  Enjoy Lebanese mezze and fresh seafood at a Byblos harbor restaurant, with the ancient fishing port right in front of you. This is optional and at your own expense. After visiting the winery, a relaxed waterfront lunch is highly recommended. The driver will suggest the best spots.
