I would do it again and again - I highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Lebanon for the first time! All 3 sites are incredible, I can’t even rank which one was my favorite. The grotto at Jeitta was unreal, I can’t believe such beauty exists in this world. The tour company is dependable and professional, and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and proud of her Lebanese heritage and history.

A well planned and brilliant experience - We had an amazing day trip with guide Georgette, who was friendly and very knowledgeable about the history and archaeology of the places we visited. The tour was a good pace - visiting three different places and lunch feels like it might be a lot to squeeze in, but we didn't feel rushed and had a good amount of time at each site (including for photos!) so felt like we made the most of our time.
Jeita Grotto was first, with a self-guided tour of the upper grotto and a boat trip in the lower grotto. A very beautiful place but do be aware you are asked to lock your phones/cameras away in lockers to help respect the rules on no photos. Then we went to Harissa/Our Lady of Lebanon (simply breathtaking views, and very peaceful!) and after a cable car ride down to Jounieh drove to Byblos. There Georgette gave us a very informative tour of the citadel before lunch (delicious hot + cold mezze and mixed grill). We were given some free time in Byblos to explore the souks before heading back to Beirut.
This felt like a very well planned excursion and Nakhal take care of everything, including picking us up and dropping us off at our hotel at the beginning and end of the day. The tour did not quite last a full day (we arrived back in Beirut at about 4pm) but we were a small English-speaking group so if your group is larger with multiple languages then it might be longer.
I would recommend this tour to anyone as it's a great way to see some different iconic sights in Lebanon, and we really enjoyed it!

Unforgettable day - Byblos is a place rich in history with ancient ruins, castle, old streets full of beautiful shops and nice restaurants. Jeita Grottos are magnificent and Harissa very implessive with a fantastic view! A must visit! Overall the day trip was unforgettable and I would glandly visit again even though it was our second time there.

Great tour led by Romeo! - This was a great tour to see some sights outside of Beirut! Romeo was our tour guide and we had a wonderful time listening to his stories and history of Byblos, Jeita Grotto and Harissa. This tour is a must do when visiting Lebanon and try to ask for Romeo to lead your group!

An enjoyable day - Had an enjoyable day on this tour with Maia as our guide. Picked up and dropped off at our hotel which was nice. We were fortunate to have a nice group of people on the tour and it made for some good conversations.
Enjoyed all 3 locations though the weather was very hot and by the time we went to lunch at around 2.30 we were all very hungry but it was worth the wait as there was loads of it and delicious too.
I would book again through Nakhal

Wish there was a proper tour guide - I did a day tour to Harissa, Jeito grotra and Byblos!
+ Comfortable big bus, delicious food in great restaurant next to the sea with a view, but..
- TOUR GUIDE Romeo was BELLOW any standard..
Respect for speaking 3 languages (Arabic, English, French) to the whole group, but his knowledge and information he passed could fit on half A4 paper, very general and ultimately not interesting since you have to wait for him to say couple of sentences In 3 languages. He did not have proper answers when being asked by the group on sites (Byblos, Harissa), and mostly was talking about how Lebanon great was and is and about nightlife and bars.. On the Jeita grotto site he lost some members of the group, and left the grotto towards the bus without them, that got them very angry.

Poor guiding - Places are amazing to see. However, English pronounciation of the tour guide was very poor, the sound system in tbe vehicle was also very bad. It was hard to hear and understand the information conveyed. Plus, all tour was very information-dense. It should be more interaction-based.

Worst viator tour - First and foremost the bus was late 45 minutes. The company didn't bother to give a heads up regarding the same which used to happen with other tours previously booked through Viator. The guide did not bother to apologise for the delay which was totally unacceptable. Terrible time management at Byblos. Once visiting the site at least 2h without doing anything. The guide was supposed to tour us around the exterior of the castle but instead she sat for 2h talking about personal issues with another traveller. Really disappointing.
